近日,田莊煤礦為提高各級管(guan)理人員的責任意(yi)識,加強職(zhi)(zhi)能監督,督促各級管(guan)理人員提高管(guan)理水平(ping),做好本職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)作,建立了工(gong)作履職(zhi)(zhi)制度。
該(gai)礦(kuang)管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)每人(ren)建立(li)一本履(lv)(lv)職簿,單(dan)位負責人(ren)履(lv)(lv)職薄在礦(kuang)內指(zhi)定地點(dian)公開,由礦(kuang)長、分管(guan)領導抽(chou)查(cha)批(pi)(pi)閱;各科室、工(gong)(gong)區管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)履(lv)(lv)職薄在本單(dan)位指(zhi)定地點(dian)公開,由單(dan)位負責人(ren)抽(chou)查(cha)批(pi)(pi)閱,并將履(lv)(lv)職制度納入(ru)管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)績效考核。該(gai)礦(kuang)以此(ci)為切入(ru)點(dian),做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)崗位責任分工(gong)(gong),讓全體管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)有目標、有責任、有督促、有引導,真(zhen)正用心、出力地做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)本職工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),很好(hao)(hao)的調動(dong)了(le)黨(dang)員(yuan)干部的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)積(ji)極性(xing)和(he)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)責任心,收到了(le)很好(hao)(hao)的效果。(田(tian)莊礦(kuang)宣:田(tian)俊 尹(yin)博)
