“上(shang)個(ge)月,我們工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區(qu)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資平均多(duo)了300元,員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)們為(wei)了多(duo)拿點錢干(gan)勁十足。”該(gai)礦(kuang)通(tong)防副總工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程師路(lu)則星笑著說。“既然有得賺(zhuan),活(huo)就有人干(gan)。”現在(zai),大家(jia)搶活(huo)干(gan)、找活(huo)干(gan),比(bi)修舊、比(bi)節約、賽工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)量(liang)在(zai)該(gai)礦(kuang)蔚(yu)然成(cheng)(cheng)風。該(gai)礦(kuang)采煤工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區(qu)利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)無(wu)修復價值的(de)溜槽,進行分割改造,將溜槽兩側“W”型鋼加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)改造成(cheng)(cheng)沿空留巷托盤,同比(bi)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)鋼帶每(mei)(mei)個(ge)可節約成(cheng)(cheng)本25元,每(mei)(mei)月可結余(yu)0.3萬(wan)元;設備再利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)中(zhong)心將閑(xian)置的(de)部分高壓膠管進行壓頭改造,實現通(tong)用(yong)(yong),減少了4.2萬(wan)元費用(yong)(yong)投入(ru);洗煤廠(chang)為(wei)增(zeng)加員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)收(shou)入(ru),利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)空閑(xian)時間對礦(kuang)調車(che)機房、圍墻護網護欄完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)了拆(chai)(chai)除(chu),共計增(zeng)加員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)收(shou)入(ru)2萬(wan)余(yu)元;安裝工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區(qu)拆(chai)(chai)除(chu)廢舊鏈(lian)條中(zhong)的(de)可重復利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)E型螺栓86個(ge),節約成(cheng)(cheng)本1.21萬(wan)元……
