據了解,為(wei)不斷加強區隊(dui)、科(ke)室黨風廉政建設,持續改進規(gui)(gui)范(fan)管理(li)與民主監(jian)督,強化“公平+清正(zheng)”理(li)念引領,該礦紀委堅持關口(kou)前移,規(gui)(gui)定標準動(dong)作,為(wei)各區隊(dui)、科(ke)室架起“指明(ming)燈(deng)”、定好(hao)“明(ming)白紙(zhi)”。
該礦紀委(wei)下(xia)發區(科)務公(gong)開(kai)內容清(qing)單,明確了(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資獎勵、評先樹(shu)優、人事管理、員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)福利等(deng)16個敏感點的(de)公(gong)開(kai)制度,按月、日、隨(sui)時(shi)3種模式公(gong)開(kai),讓(rang)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)及(ji)時(shi)了(le)(le)解當班定額考核(he)、獎罰(fa)標準及(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資分配(pei)情況(kuang),做(zuo)到了(le)(le)收入和(he)支出(chu)的(de)透明化(hua)、公(gong)開(kai)化(hua),隨(sui)時(shi)接(jie)受員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)們的(de)監(jian)(jian)(jian)督,形成了(le)(le)紀委(wei)監(jian)(jian)(jian)察與員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)監(jian)(jian)(jian)督上下(xia)合(he)力,打造了(le)(le)“微腐(fu)敗”真空區,挺起紀律規(gui)矩的(de)“頂(ding)梁(liang)柱”。
“實行(xing)區(qu)務(wu)公開‘明白(bai)紙(zhi)’,對(dui)于我們(men)工(gong)(gong)區(qu)管(guan)理也算(suan)(suan)是一(yi)種解(jie)放,現在(zai)工(gong)(gong)區(qu)內大大小小的事都公開出(chu)(chu)來(lai),曬在(zai)陽光下,每一(yi)筆收支都能給員工(gong)(gong)算(suan)(suan)出(chu)(chu)一(yi)個明白(bai)賬,每項資金、制度都能給員工(gong)(gong)一(yi)個明白(bai)地交代,讓(rang)我們(men)這(zhe)些工(gong)(gong)區(qu)管(guan)理也都成了‘清白(bai)人(ren)’,真(zhen)可謂是一(yi)舉兩得呀!”該礦(kuang)一(yi)工(gong)(gong)區(qu)區(qu)長上官福聚開心地說。
