【“兩化融合”經驗談】之二:郭屯煤礦以智能化助推“強安減人提效”

郭屯煤礦牢固樹立“智能化工作面(mian)不是看的,而(er)是干的”理念(nian),堅持(chi)“裝備(bei)、系(xi)統、管理、素質(zhi)”四并(bing)重(zhong),統籌推進(jin)“裝備(bei)+系(xi)統”雙輪驅動、“管理+激勵”雙管齊(qi)下(xia)、“培(pei)訓+實操(cao)”齊(qi)頭(tou)并(bing)進(jin)三項(xiang)重(zhong)點工作,智能化工作面(mian)實現常態化自動運行。

一、“裝備+系統”雙輪驅動,全力推進工作面智能化升級

裝備可(ke)靠(kao)是(shi)(shi)自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化生產作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)的(de)基礎(chu),系(xi)(xi)統穩定(ding)是(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)安(an)全(quan)(quan)高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)運(yun)(yun)轉的(de)關(guan)鍵。一是(shi)(shi)更(geng)換工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。將(jiang)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)更(geng)換為MG500/1200-WD型智能化采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),具有基于互(hu)聯網的(de)遠(yuan)程(cheng)監(jian)測、維護(hu)、故障(zhang)診斷功(gong)能,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)對滾(gun)筒高(gao)(gao)度、采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)位(wei)置(zhi)的(de)監(jian)測和(he)記憶(yi)截割(ge)(ge)功(gong)能,特別是(shi)(shi)在(zai)端頭截割(ge)(ge)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)中精(jing)確定(ding)位(wei)自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)截割(ge)(ge)端點位(wei)置(zhi)、準確重復左右(you)滾(gun)筒截割(ge)(ge)高(gao)(gao)度,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)及記憶(yi)截割(ge)(ge)功(gong)能的(de)常態(tai)(tai)化應用(yong),采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)記憶(yi)截割(ge)(ge)率由(you)(you)65%提高(gao)(gao)至90%以上。二是(shi)(shi)升級改造液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)支(zhi)架(jia)。樹(shu)立以液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)支(zhi)架(jia)為核(he)心(xin)的(de)頂板管(guan)理理念,加裝天瑪電液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統及相關(guan)傳感器(qi),更(geng)換帶位(wei)移傳感器(qi)的(de)推移缸和(he)反沖洗(xi)濾芯(xin),并在(zai)鄰架(jia)自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)、成組程(cheng)序自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)、自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)反沖洗(xi)等功(gong)能上,根(gen)據工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)實(shi)(shi)際生產工(gong)(gong)藝開發跟機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化程(cheng)序,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)電液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統及自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化跟機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)功(gong)能常態(tai)(tai)化運(yun)(yun)行(xing),支(zhi)架(jia)自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)跟機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)率由(you)(you)75%提高(gao)(gao)至95%以上。三是(shi)(shi)建設(she)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)視(shi)頻監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統。搭建工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)以太網,建設(she)視(shi)頻系(xi)(xi)統,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)了在(zai)順(shun)槽(cao)監(jian)控(kong)中心(xin)對綜采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化設(she)備的(de)可(ke)視(shi)化遠(yuan)程(cheng)監(jian)控(kong)和(he)在(zai)線監(jian)測功(gong)能,具備全(quan)(quan)自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)和(he)分機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)兩(liang)種模式(shi),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)了工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)設(she)備及視(shi)頻信息(xi)集中監(jian)控(kong)的(de)常態(tai)(tai)化應用(yong)。四是(shi)(shi)集成供(gong)(gong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)系(xi)(xi)統改造。將(jiang)供(gong)(gong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)系(xi)(xi)統改進為“兩(liang)進一回(hui)”供(gong)(gong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)模式(shi),支(zhi)架(jia)分段獨立供(gong)(gong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),在(zai)生產過程(cheng)中,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)快速、平(ping)穩拉(la)架(jia)。采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)變(bian)頻調(diao)速技術,減(jian)少機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)系(xi)(xi)統沖擊,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)乳化液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)泵站(zhan)平(ping)穩啟動(dong)(dong)(dong);減(jian)少電磁閥卸(xie)載次數(shu),降低噪音、節能減(jian)排(pai)。五是(shi)(shi)兩(liang)順(shun)槽(cao)取消單體(ti)支(zhi)護(hu)。兩(liang)巷超(chao)前采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)單元支(zhi)架(jia)支(zhi)護(hu),利用(yong)單軌吊進行(xing)挪(nuo)移,提高(gao)(gao)了勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)安(an)全(quan)(quan)系(xi)(xi)數(shu),降低了職工(gong)(gong)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)強度。生產班由(you)(you)16人(ren)(ren)縮減(jian)為12人(ren)(ren),去除留巷影響實(shi)(shi)際人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)10人(ren)(ren),將(jiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)內作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)解放至順(shun)槽(cao)進行(xing)遠(yuan)程(cheng)監(jian)視(shi)或輔助作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)。

二、“管理+激勵”雙管齊下,全方位提升現場管理質效

建立適(shi)應(ying)智能化(hua)(hua)生產的管(guan)理(li)(li)體系(xi)是(shi)(shi)日常運行的保(bao)證。一是(shi)(shi)堅持(chi)跟班寫(xie)實(shi)。生產副總(zong)、機(ji)電(dian)(dian)副總(zong)統籌負責智能化(hua)(hua)工(gong)作面建設,成立寫(xie)實(shi)小(xiao)組,安排專人跟班寫(xie)實(shi),協調解決現場問題,特(te)別(bie)是(shi)(shi)監督(du)采煤(mei)機(ji)司機(ji)克服(fu)操作隨意性,順平頂(ding)底板(ban),保(bao)證支架(jia)狀態,為采煤(mei)機(ji)記憶截割(ge)創造良好條件,減(jian)少(shao)人工(gong)干預。二是(shi)(shi)加強供液(ye)系(xi)統監管(guan)。頂(ding)板(ban)完好是(shi)(shi)工(gong)作面智能化(hua)(hua)運行的前提,堅持(chi)支架(jia)完好率向(xiang)100%邁進,正確(que)(que)使用乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)液(ye)自動(dong)配比裝置和(he)反沖(chong)洗過濾,嚴格對現場凈化(hua)(hua)水裝置進行水質檢測(ce),并對乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)液(ye)濃(nong)度隨時抽檢,確(que)(que)保(bao)液(ye)壓系(xi)統“血液(ye)”純凈。三(san)是(shi)(shi)嚴格智能化(hua)(hua)裝備開(kai)機(ji)率考(kao)核(he)。制定下發(fa)《智能化(hua)(hua)裝備開(kai)機(ji)使用率考(kao)核(he)管(guan)理(li)(li)辦法》,每(mei)天調取設備運行曲線、支架(jia)跟機(ji)、煤(mei)機(ji)記憶截割(ge)的時間數據(ju)、自動(dong)化(hua)(hua)使用時間作為考(kao)核(he)依據(ju),與管(guan)理(li)(li)人員工(gong)資掛鉤(gou),月度工(gong)資由(you)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)礦長(chang)審(shen)核(he)后(hou)發(fa)放,保(bao)障(zhang)基層工(gong)區常態化(hua)(hua)使用。

三、“培訓+實操”齊頭并進,打造一支高素質智能化隊伍培養懂原理、會操作、能維修的復合型人才是保證工作面智能化穩定運行的重要保障。一是常態化開展崗位培訓。堅持“走出去、請進來”,先后組織專業技術人員及現場實操人員到付村煤礦、中國礦大等單位學習交流,抽調機電維修骨干人員配合廠家技術人員進行聯合調試;同時,邀請廠家技術人員到現場,采用理論與實操相結合、現場學與視頻學相結合的培訓模式,全面提升理論知識及實踐操作本領,為智能化采煤工作面的建設和運行打下了基礎。二是提升管理人員智能化操作。生產副總、機電副總及業務科室管理人員必須掌握工作面記憶截割及三機理論知識,并能夠進行指導性操作;計劃開展業務科室管理人員理論和實操考試,嚴格落實排名獎罰,以此推進智能化工作面建設。
