學史力行聯系員工“大走訪”
“以前都是我(wo)(wo)們找領導反映問(wen)題,現在反過來了,不但給我(wo)(wo)們解決了多年(nian)礦外居(ju)住區(qu)的垃(la)圾(ji)處理問(wen)題,還經常追(zhui)著(zhu)和(he)我(wo)(wo)們談(tan)心,沒(mei)事就找我(wo)(wo)們聊幾(ji)句,真貼心!”該礦運搬工區(qu)員工高長東笑著(zhu)說。
該礦在常態化(hua)做好“規定動作”的同時,創新“自選動作”,讓全(quan)礦120名(ming)黨員(yuan)跨科室(shi)、跨層級(ji)網格(ge)化(hua)包保1120名(ming)員(yuan)工,讓黨員(yuan)干(gan)部(bu)學史力行、以(yi)行踐知,想員(yuan)工之(zhi)所想,解職工之(zhi)所難,真正把黨史學習(xi)教(jiao)育落實(shi)(shi)到為員(yuan)工群(qun)眾(zhong)辦實(shi)(shi)事上。
學史力行深化民生“大排查”
“只有把(ba)(ba)員工(gong)(gong)放在心(xin)上(shang),把(ba)(ba)責(ze)任扛在肩(jian)上(shang),設身處地換(huan)位(wei)思考(kao),才能切實做好(hao)群(qun)眾(zhong)工(gong)(gong)作。”該(gai)礦黨委副書(shu)記、紀委書(shu)記、工(gong)(gong)會主席(xi)胡(hu)彥峰(feng)強調。
該礦除建(jian)立了57名貧困(kun)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)動(dong)態檔案,按時(shi)給予困(kun)難救(jiu)助(zhu)外,充(chong)分利用(yong)黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)網格(ge)化包保模式,讓黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)干部下基層、進宿(su)舍、入(ru)家門進行(xing)暖心(xin)(xin)家訪,面對面交流、心(xin)(xin)貼心(xin)(xin)談話、實(shi)(shi)打實(shi)(shi)探訪,實(shi)(shi)時(shi)掌握員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)困(kun)難程度(du),緊(jin)貼民(min)生(sheng)、順應(ying)民(min)意(yi)。建(jian)立節假(jia)日救(jiu)助(zhu)、季度(du)救(jiu)助(zhu)、年度(du)救(jiu)助(zhu)和突發(fa)性特殊救(jiu)助(zhu)等困(kun)難救(jiu)助(zhu)體系,上限落實(shi)(shi)工(gong)會(hui)生(sheng)育、婚(hun)姻、住院、離退休(xiu)等“七項慰(wei)(wei)問”,定期開展“金秋(qiu)助(zhu)學”等各項慰(wei)(wei)問活動(dong),真(zhen)正成為了聯(lian)系員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)的貼心(xin)(xin)人(ren)、暖心(xin)(xin)人(ren)、知(zhi)心(xin)(xin)人(ren)。

堅(jian)持(chi)做(zuo)員工(gong)(gong)最“盼”的事(shi)、抓員工(gong)(gong)最“怨”的事(shi)、解員工(gong)(gong)最“難(nan)”的事(shi),始(shi)終把關(guan)心關(guan)愛(ai)員工(gong)(gong)當(dang)做(zuo)頭(tou)等(deng)大事(shi)來(lai)抓。
通(tong)過暖心(xin)(xin)走訪(fang),聽民(min)聲、察民(min)意、解(jie)民(min)憂,進一(yi)步明確了黨員(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)(fu)務群眾(zhong)的四大重點,聚焦(jiao)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)關(guan)心(xin)(xin)關(guan)注的衣食住行(xing)。開展了“四大”暖心(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)程,實行(xing)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)洗衣“一(yi)站式”服(fu)(fu)務,洗好的衣服(fu)(fu)統(tong)一(yi)發放到(dao)吊籃里,讓(rang)(rang)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)感受(shou)到(dao)貼(tie)心(xin)(xin)的服(fu)(fu)務;對餐(can)廳進行(xing)升級改(gai)造,干凈、明亮、溫(wen)馨的餐(can)廳里有(you)“愛(ai)心(xin)(xin)菜園(yuan)”自種(zhong)的“一(yi)元菜品(pin)”,各種(zhong)特色面(mian)點、菜品(pin)應有(you)盡有(you),讓(rang)(rang)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)吃(chi)的放心(xin)(xin);對宿舍進行(xing)裝修改(gai)造,統(tong)一(yi)配備床(chuang)上用(yong)品(pin),標準(zhun)的2-3人間干凈、舒(shu)適、整(zheng)潔,讓(rang)(rang)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)住的舒(shu)心(xin)(xin)。除建有(you)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)健身中心(xin)(xin)外,在(zai)生產樓開設(she)活動(dong)室(shi),讓(rang)(rang)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)在(zai)上下班空余時(shi)間,就可以享(xiang)受(shou)到(dao)下棋、讀(du)書等休(xiu)閑娛樂活動(dong),最大程度滿足員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的精神(shen)文化(hua)生活,讓(rang)(rang)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)生活舒(shu)心(xin)(xin)。
