在(zai)黨(dang)史學(xue)習(xi)教育過程中,彭莊(zhuang)煤礦黨(dang)委(wei)把學(xue)黨(dang)史與辦實事(shi)緊密結合,通(tong)過探民情、出(chu)實招、辦實事(shi),著力解決影響員工的操心(xin)事(shi)、煩心(xin)事(shi)、揪心(xin)事(shi),用(yong)心(xin)用(yong)情為員工排憂解難,不斷(duan)推動黨(dang)史學(xue)習(xi)教育向縱深發展。
深入群眾“大排查”探民情
該礦黨委把深入(ru)基層探(tan)訪實(shi)(shi)情(qing)作(zuo)為(wei)推進(jin)黨史學(xue)習教育(yu)的“前置課(ke)題”, 通過精準把脈(mo),找準黨員(yuan)(yuan)聯系(xi)群眾的“癥結”,建(jian)立黨員(yuan)(yuan)包保責(ze)任制,黨員(yuan)(yuan)干(gan)部亮(liang)身份、明責(ze)任、勇擔當、樹形象,全礦120名(ming)黨員(yuan)(yuan)跨科(ke)室、跨層級網格化包保1120名(ming)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong),入(ru)宿舍、進(jin)班組、到(dao)一線,圍繞安全生(sheng)產(chan)、經(jing)營管理(li)、隊伍建(jian)設、重點工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)、后勤服務等工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)與員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)面(mian)對(dui)面(mian)交(jiao)流、一對(dui)一座談(tan),認真了(le)解員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)訴求、廣(guang)泛征集員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)意見,黨員(yuan)(yuan)干(gan)部學(xue)史力行(xing)、以行(xing)踐知,真正(zheng)把黨史學(xue)習教育(yu)落實(shi)(shi)到(dao)為(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)實(shi)(shi)事上。
“實(shi)(shi)行黨員聯系群(qun)眾(zhong)包保責(ze)任制,就是要俯(fu)下身子(zi)、放下架子(zi),面對面傾聽員工(gong)心聲,心貼心溝通交流。”該礦黨委副書記、工(gong)會主席胡彥峰說。切實(shi)(shi)做到探訪民情、了(le)解民意,目標更加(jia)精準、方(fang)向更加(jia)明確,更好地把實(shi)(shi)事辦到員工(gong)心坎上。
聚焦民生“大走訪”辦實事
自開展“學黨(dang)史辦實(shi)(shi)(shi)事(shi)”黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)聯系(xi)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)“大走訪(fang)”以來,黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)干部(bu)平均走訪(fang)10人/次,按照現場答(da)復、當日處(chu)理、一(yi)周完結要(yao)求(qiu),梳理員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)關(guan)心關(guan)注(zhu)的問題5大類40余條,研(yan)究制定為民20件實(shi)(shi)(shi)事(shi)清單,透(tou)明化管理、清單式落實(shi)(shi)(shi)。通過深入實(shi)(shi)(shi)施大病救(jiu)助政策(ce)和職工(gong)(gong)互助工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),為57名(ming)貧困(kun)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)立了動(dong)態檔案(an),按時給予(yu)困(kun)難(nan)救(jiu)助,建(jian)立節假日、季度、年度和突發(fa)性特殊救(jiu)助等困(kun)難(nan)救(jiu)助體系(xi),上限落實(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)會生(sheng)育、婚姻、住院、離退休等7項慰問,定期開展“金(jin)秋(qiu)助學”“助力高(gao)考(kao)”“高(gao)考(kao)子(zi)(zi)女志愿(yuan)輔導”等活動(dong),探索推行榮譽養老制度,為金(jin)牌員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)搭(da)建(jian)贍養老人、照顧子(zi)(zi)女的場所(suo),提供食宿,解決員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的后顧之(zhi)憂(you)。
聚焦員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)關心(xin)(xin)關注的(de)(de)衣食住行(xing)(xing),開展“四大”暖(nuan)心(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程。實行(xing)(xing)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)洗衣“一(yi)站(zhan)式(shi)”服務,洗好的(de)(de)衣服統一(yi)發放(fang)到(dao)吊籃(lan)里(li),讓(rang)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)感受(shou)到(dao)貼心(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)服務;對(dui)餐廳進行(xing)(xing)升級(ji)改造(zao),干(gan)凈、明亮、溫馨的(de)(de)餐廳里(li)有“愛心(xin)(xin)菜園”自種菜品,讓(rang)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)吃得放(fang)心(xin)(xin);對(dui)宿舍進行(xing)(xing)裝修改造(zao),統一(yi)配備床上用品,標準的(de)(de)2-3人間干(gan)凈、舒適、整潔,讓(rang)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)住得舒心(xin)(xin);除建有健身中心(xin)(xin)外,在(zai)(zai)生產樓開設活(huo)(huo)動室(shi),員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)在(zai)(zai)上下班空余時間,可以(yi)到(dao)活(huo)(huo)動室(shi)下棋、讀書(shu),滿足員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)精神文化生活(huo)(huo)需(xu)要。
服務員工“大提升”促發展
該礦(kuang)始終堅(jian)持以(yi)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)為中心(xin),深耕“家園(yuan)”文化建(jian)(jian)設,做實做細“員工(gong)(gong)(gong)小家”“員工(gong)(gong)(gong)之家”建(jian)(jian)設,高(gao)標(biao)準(zhun)建(jian)(jian)設了員工(gong)(gong)(gong)探親房、停車場、“愛心(xin)小屋(wu)”等場所,充分利用勞模工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室、創新工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室領軍(jun)帶頭(tou)作用,開展(zhan)“崗位微課堂”“云上(shang)技能(neng)(neng)課”“技能(neng)(neng)大課堂”進一步提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)知(zhi)識技能(neng)(neng)和業務素(su)質,開展(zhan)“大培訓、大比武、大提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)”比武活動,以(yi)考(kao)促(cu)學,以(yi)學促(cu)練,建(jian)(jian)立(li)了員工(gong)(gong)(gong)技能(neng)(neng)技術大數據平臺,徹底打通人才(cai)晉升(sheng)(sheng)通道(dao),營造了“凝(ning)心(xin)、聚力、匯智、惜(xi)才(cai)”的(de)“家園(yuan)”文化氛圍。
緊(jin)緊(jin)抓住(zhu)青年員工覆蓋面(mian)廣(guang)、活力足等特點,在五(wu)(wu)一、五(wu)(wu)四、母(mu)親節(jie)(jie)等節(jie)(jie)假日廣(guang)泛開展文體活動,開展愛心植樹、志愿者活動、“迎五(wu)(wu)一慶五(wu)(wu)四”三(san)公里(li)健身(shen)賽、“你陪我長大(da) 我陪你變老”母(mu)親節(jie)(jie)特別活動,提升員工的歸屬感和(he)幸福指數,增強凝聚力。
