望(wang)田煤業是龍礦(kuang)集團在山西(xi)(xi)投(tou)資建設的(de)第(di)三(san)對礦(kuang)井(jing)(jing)(jing),核定生產(chan)(chan)能(neng)力(li)120萬(wan)噸(dun)/年(nian),2011年(nian)7月(yue)(yue)開始技(ji)改(gai),2014年(nian)建成投(tou)產(chan)(chan),2016年(nian)跨入特級高產(chan)(chan)高效(xiao)(xiao)礦(kuang)井(jing)(jing)(jing)序列,2018年(nian)6月(yue)(yue)順利通過(guo)國(guo)家一級安(an)全生產(chan)(chan)標準化(hua)(hua)(hua)礦(kuang)井(jing)(jing)(jing)驗收。2019年(nian)5月(yue)(yue)建成山西(xi)(xi)省的(de)第(di)二個薄煤層智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)作面。近年(nian)來,望(wang)田煤業以(yi)建設“安(an)全高效(xiao)(xiao)礦(kuang)井(jing)(jing)(jing)”目標為引領,以(yi)精細化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)作為提升(sheng)礦(kuang)井(jing)(jing)(jing)高質量發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)第(di)一選擇,創(chuang)新(xin)開展(zhan)精細管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)模式,將精細化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)理(li)念貫(guan)穿整個安(an)全生產(chan)(chan)經營管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)的(de)全過(guo)程,做到(dao)“事事有人管(guan)(guan)(guan)、人人有事管(guan)(guan)(guan)、管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)有標準、操作有規范(fan)”的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)格(ge)局,形成具有望(wang)田特色的(de)精細化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)模式。
一、將精細化融入安全(quan)管(guan)理(li),在打造價值認同和標準規范中引領安全(quan)發(fa)展
安全是煤礦(kuang)的(de)“天字號”大(da)事。我們在加(jia)強京广(guang)航(hang)影视建(jian)設(she)的(de)大(da)環境下,積極培育和發展(zhan)以人為(wei)本,安全為(wei)首的(de)安全文(wen)化(hua)(hua),以文(wen)化(hua)(hua)為(wei)引領(ling),牢樹“一個理念”,構建(jian)“三(san)(san)個體系”,解(jie)決“三(san)(san)個問題”,用文(wen)化(hua)(hua)鑄造安全盾牌,形成(cheng)精細化(hua)(hua)管理共識,實現了員工家庭(ting)幸福(fu)與企業經濟(ji)效益(yi)的(de)同步(bu)發展(zhan)。

3.解(jie)決(jue)(jue)“三(san)個問題(ti)(ti)(ti)”:一(yi)(yi)是(shi)解(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)(le)(le)(le)難(nan)落實(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)問題(ti)(ti)(ti),建立(li)起(qi)了(le)(le)(le)(le)“全(quan)礦-專業-單位-班組(zu)-個人”的(de)(de)五(wu)級(ji)(ji)(ji)精細化管(guan)理(li)(li)責(ze)任落實(shi)(shi)體系(xi),按照一(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)帶著一(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)干,一(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)做給一(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)看,一(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)抓一(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji),一(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)為一(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)負責(ze)的(de)(de)工(gong)作機(ji)制,將責(ze)任落實(shi)(shi)到(dao)(dao)每(mei)一(yi)(yi)名員工(gong),解(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)(le)(le)(le)安(an)全(quan)精細管(guan)理(li)(li)難(nan)落實(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)問題(ti)(ti)(ti)。二是(shi)解(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)(le)(le)(le)統(tong)一(yi)(yi)協(xie)(xie)調難(nan)的(de)(de)問題(ti)(ti)(ti)。各(ge)方力量得到(dao)(dao)協(xie)(xie)同,內(nei)耗大(da)(da)大(da)(da)減少,管(guan)理(li)(li)質量和效率得到(dao)(dao)大(da)(da)幅度(du)提高,解(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)(le)(le)(le)安(an)全(quan)管(guan)理(li)(li)協(xie)(xie)同脫節的(de)(de)問題(ti)(ti)(ti)。三(san)是(shi)解(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)(le)(le)(le)獎(jiang)懲激(ji)(ji)勵(li)發揮不(bu)(bu)到(dao)(dao)位的(de)(de)問題(ti)(ti)(ti)。通過(guo)實(shi)(shi)施安(an)全(quan)切塊工(gong)資,激(ji)(ji)發了(le)(le)(le)(le)干部(bu)員工(gong)的(de)(de)積極性,使安(an)全(quan)獎(jiang)懲手段(duan)發揮出最大(da)(da)效力,解(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)(le)(le)(le)安(an)全(quan)獎(jiang)懲激(ji)(ji)勵(li)效力不(bu)(bu)高的(de)(de)問題(ti)(ti)(ti)。
二、將精(jing)細化(hua)融入現場(chang)管理,在推(tui)進安全生產標準化(hua)建設(she)中打造精(jing)品工程
精細化管理(li)的(de)落腳點(dian)是(shi)(shi)現(xian)場(chang),現(xian)場(chang)管理(li)是(shi)(shi)企業(ye)管理(li)的(de)根本,更是(shi)(shi)企業(ye)的(de)效益(yi)所在(zai)。在(zai)現(xian)場(chang)管理(li)上我們(men)創新工作思(si)路,突出“一個(ge)中心”、打造“兩大(da)工程”、強化“三(san)個(ge)注重”,實(shi)現(xian)了安全生產精細化。
1.突出“一個(ge)(ge)中心(xin)”。即突出安(an)全(quan)生產(chan)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準化(hua)(hua)為中心(xin)。一是抓(zhua)(zhua)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準。公司(si)制定精(jing)品標(biao)(biao)(biao)準,推進“巷道(dao)一次成型(xing)、工(gong)作一次達(da)(da)標(biao)(biao)(biao)、質(zhi)量(liang)一勞永逸”,全(quan)力打造“精(jing)品工(gong)程(cheng)”;從管(guan)理(li)(li)干部到現(xian)(xian)場職工(gong),人(ren)人(ren)都(dou)管(guan)事(shi)、事(shi)事(shi)有人(ren)管(guan)、事(shi)事(shi)有標(biao)(biao)(biao)準,真正達(da)(da)到“ 樹一個(ge)(ge)樣板,帶一批精(jing)品” 的(de)目的(de)。二是抓(zhua)(zhua)細節(jie)。從源頭抓(zhua)(zhua)起,從細節(jie)抓(zhua)(zhua)起,對(dui)每(mei)(mei)件事(shi)、每(mei)(mei)個(ge)(ge)過程(cheng)、每(mei)(mei)道(dao)工(gong)序,都(dou)做(zuo)(zuo)到嚴格控(kong)制、考核(he)和監(jian)督,如管(guan)線(xian)吊(diao)掛用尺具量(liang)、軌道(dao)敷設(she)用卡具、錨(mao)桿安(an)裝拉線(xian)繩等,每(mei)(mei)項(xiang)施工(gong)都(dou)按(an)照對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)管(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)原則嚴格把關(guan),做(zuo)(zuo)到標(biao)(biao)(biao)準更高,要求更嚴,確保工(gong)程(cheng)質(zhi)量(liang)、工(gong)作質(zhi)量(liang)、文明(ming)生產(chan)保持(chi)靜態(tai)、動(dong)(dong)態(tai)、常態(tai)達(da)(da)標(biao)(biao)(biao)。三是重實(shi)效。在(zai)采(cai)、掘(jue)(jue)、機、運、通各系統內在(zai)質(zhi)量(liang)達(da)(da)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)基(ji)礎上(shang),推行精(jing)細化(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)“ 十化(hua)(hua)” 作業(ye)。即:“采(cai)掘(jue)(jue)質(zhi)量(liang)精(jing)品化(hua)(hua)、班組崗位示范化(hua)(hua)、設(she)備安(an)裝精(jing)細化(hua)(hua)、安(an)全(quan)監(jian)控(kong)數字化(hua)(hua)、系統運轉自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)、煤(mei)炭(tan)開采(cai)智能化(hua)(hua)、牌板標(biao)(biao)(biao)識規范化(hua)(hua)、管(guan)線(xian)吊(diao)掛直線(xian)化(hua)(hua)、物料碼放定置(zhi)化(hua)(hua)、設(she)備管(guan)理(li)(li)編碼化(hua)(hua)”,以優質(zhi)的(de)精(jing)品工(gong)程(cheng)助推安(an)全(quan)生產(chan)。上(shang)半年公司(si)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)了零工(gong)傷和非人(ren)身(shen)事(shi)故零目標(biao)(biao)(biao)。
去年6月份,順利通過了(le)國(guo)家一級標準化礦井驗收,得到(dao)驗收組(zu)領(ling)導“望田(tian)可(ke)作安全生產標準化樣板礦”的一致贊譽(yu)(yu),為能源集(ji)團爭得了(le)榮譽(yu)(yu),樹立(li)了(le)企業品牌。
2.打造(zao)“兩(liang)大工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”:即平(ping)安(an)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)和(he)自(zi)主(zhu)保安(an)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。一是(shi)打造(zao)安(an)全(quan)生產(chan)精(jing)細化(hua)平(ping)安(an)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。為(wei)員工(gong)(gong)創造(zao)安(an)全(quan)生產(chan)環(huan)境(jing),取消夜(ye)班,努(nu)力(li)把員工(gong)(gong)從(cong)(cong)危險(xian)環(huan)境(jing)和(he)繁重勞動中(zhong)(zhong)解放出來,徹底(di)消滅薄弱班次(ci)的(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)隱(yin)患,充分(fen)體現真(zhen)正意(yi)(yi)義上的(de)(de)“以人(ren)為(wei)本(ben)”內涵。同時(shi),取消夜(ye)班之(zhi)后,減少現場(chang)作(zuo)業(ye)人(ren)員達76人(ren),我們用(yong)提高(gao)效(xiao)率(lv)的(de)(de)方式彌(mi)補原煤產(chan)量和(he)掘進(jin)進(jin)尺,保持(chi)單產(chan)單進(jin)水平(ping)不降低。掘進(jin)延米效(xiao)率(lv)不降反升,提高(gao)了(le)40%。二是(shi)打造(zao)安(an)全(quan)生產(chan)精(jing)細化(hua)全(quan)員自(zi)主(zhu)保安(an)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。開展“崗位(wei)雙述(shu)(shu)”活動,在全(quan)礦所有工(gong)(gong)種、崗位(wei)中(zhong)(zhong),堅持(chi)落(luo)實(shi)手指(zhi)口述(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)基礎上,推行崗位(wei)描(miao)述(shu)(shu),讓(rang)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)對(dui)自(zi)己崗位(wei)的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)責(ze)范(fan)圍、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)標準、崗位(wei)技能、設(she)備(bei)性(xing)能、崗位(wei)環(huan)境(jing)、事故預防(fang)做到正確無誤(wu)的(de)(de)描(miao)述(shu)(shu),以實(shi)現人(ren)的(de)(de)注(zhu)意(yi)(yi)力(li)和(he)物的(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)管理高(gao)度一致,從(cong)(cong)而達到避免(mian)違章、消除隱(yin)患、杜(du)絕事故,保障(zhang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)及操作(zuo)安(an)全(quan)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),從(cong)(cong)根本(ben)提高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)自(zi)主(zhu)保安(an)意(yi)(yi)識、正規(gui)操作(zuo)意(yi)(yi)識。
3.強化(hua)(hua)(hua)“三個注(zhu)重”:一是注(zhu)重規(gui)范(fan)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)行(xing)(xing)為(wei)(wei)(wei),開(kai)展(zhan)“全員(yuan)(yuan)行(xing)(xing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)規(gui)范(fan)整治”活(huo)動(dong),從員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)著裝、行(xing)(xing)走(zou)、禮(li)節、用語等基礎要領入手,規(gui)范(fan)井(jing)上、下(xia)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)為(wei)(wei)(wei),促(cu)使全員(yuan)(yuan)自(zi)覺地按標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)作(zuo)(zuo)業,正規(gui)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo),上標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)崗,干標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)活(huo),養成良(liang)好的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)習慣。自(zi)開(kai)展(zhan)精細(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)管理工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以(yi)來,公司(si)(si)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)規(gui)范(fan)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)多(duo)(duo)了,誤操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)少(shao)了;講(jiang)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)多(duo)(duo)了,蠻干的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)少(shao)了;自(zi)我(wo)學(xue)習提(ti)升(sheng)的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)多(duo)(duo)了,落后(hou)(hou)退步的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)少(shao)了”,員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)“三違”次(ci)數明顯減少(shao),公司(si)(si)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)了安全生產。二是注(zhu)重加大日(ri)常檢(jian)查(cha)力度,堅(jian)持動(dong)態(tai)檢(jian)查(cha)和綜(zong)合檢(jian)查(cha)相結(jie)合現(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)精細(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)貴在(zai)堅(jian)持、常抓不懈(xie)。堅(jian)持日(ri)常檢(jian)查(cha)和動(dong)態(tai)檢(jian)查(cha)相結(jie)合,檢(jian)查(cha)覆蓋率達(da)到100%。同(tong)時(shi),不定期組織各種專項檢(jian)查(cha),通過檢(jian)查(cha)進一步規(gui)范(fan)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)行(xing)(xing)為(wei)(wei)(wei),提(ti)高了施工(gong)質(zhi)量,促(cu)進了現(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)精細(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。三是注(zhu)重典型引(yin)路,按照“典型引(yin)路,以(yi)點(dian)帶面(mian),循序漸進,全面(mian)提(ti)高”的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方(fang)法,開(kai)展(zhan)創建“精品工(gong)程”、“精品峒室(shi)”、“精品巷(xiang)道”、“精品工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)”創建活(huo)動(dong),以(yi)此(ci)帶動(dong)我(wo)礦標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)整體提(ti)高。尋突(tu)破,促(cu)進現(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)精細(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)向縱(zong)深發展(zhan)。精細(xi)(xi)管理激活(huo)了企業管理的(de)(de)積(ji)極因素,全面(mian)提(ti)升(sheng)了企業管理水平和綜(zong)合競爭力。公司(si)(si)先后(hou)(hou)涌現(xian)(xian)(xian)出(chu)楊繼勇、方(fang)磊(lei)、劉靜友(you)等一批能源集團勞動(dong)模范(fan)。公司(si)(si)有10多(duo)(duo)個班(ban)組,20多(duo)(duo)名班(ban)組長,受(shou)到集團公司(si)(si)和能源集團表彰獎勵(li)。

2.建(jian)(jian)立“二(er)項(xiang)機制(zhi)”:一(yi)是(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)(jian)激(ji)勵機制(zhi),建(jian)(jian)立了完善的創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)成(cheng)果申報、立項(xiang)、評價、推廣機制(zhi),設(she)立“創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)獎(jiang)勵基金”,根據(ju)成(cheng)果評價等級(ji)和推廣經濟效益,對(dui)項(xiang)目研發人分別(bie)給予3000元(yuan)至1萬元(yuan)的重獎(jiang),對(dui)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)特殊貢獻者每月給予1000元(yuan)的津貼,營造了濃厚的創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)氛圍,讓大(da)家重創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)、能創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)、會(hui)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)。二(er)是(shi)人才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)機制(zhi),通過(guo)名師引領(ling)、團隊(dui)合(he)作(zuo),撬(qiao)動(dong)“創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)意識”“智(zhi)慧(hui)理念”,培(pei)育了一(yi)大(da)批(pi)技(ji)術(shu)骨干(gan),使創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)成(cheng)為培(pei)養(yang)人才(cai)和創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)項(xiang)目的“孵(fu)化(hua)器”。僅綜采隊(dui)一(yi)個創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)就培(pei)養(yang)出了兩名區(qu)隊(dui)管理干(gan)部和6名班(ban)組長,創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)28項(xiang),創(chuang)(chuang)效達(da)(da)300多萬元(yuan)。公(gong)司2019年上半年完成(cheng)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)項(xiang)目27個,創(chuang)(chuang)造直接經濟效益達(da)(da)2639萬元(yuan)。“采空區(qu)下近(jin)距離煤(mei)(mei)層安全開采技(ji)術(shu)研究(jiu)與實踐”、“山(shan)西(xi)望田(tian)煤(mei)(mei)系地層沉積演化(hua)及聚煤(mei)(mei)規律研究(jiu)”,兩項(xiang)研究(jiu)成(cheng)果達(da)(da)到了國內領(ling)先和國際領(ling)先水平。
3.注(zhu)(zhu)重(zhong)(zhong)“三個(ge)(ge)(ge)結(jie)合”:一(yi)是注(zhu)(zhu)重(zhong)(zhong)與安(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)相(xiang)結(jie)合,著力構建科(ke)(ke)技(ji)支(zhi)撐體(ti)系(xi),針對影響(xiang)威脅安(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)(de)突出問(wen)題(ti),進(jin)行(xing)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)攻(gong)關(guan),有效(xiao)(xiao)地提高(gao)了(le)(le)現(xian)場安(an)(an)全(quan)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)保(bao)障(zhang)能力。無人(ren)(ren)(ren)機巡線,兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)(ge)人(ren)(ren)(ren)一(yi)天就完成了(le)(le)原來四個(ge)(ge)(ge)人(ren)(ren)(ren)一(yi)周的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)量(liang);氣動擋車桿(gan)及(ji)報警裝置,解決(jue)了(le)(le)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)操作(zuo)繁瑣、安(an)(an)全(quan)無法保(bao)證(zheng)的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti);綜合自動化(hua)平(ping)臺的(de)(de)搭建,實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)安(an)(an)全(quan)數(shu)據即時(shi)化(hua)、生(sheng)產(chan)活動可視(shi)化(hua),保(bao)證(zheng)了(le)(le)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)的(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)。二是注(zhu)(zhu)重(zhong)(zhong)與現(xian)場實(shi)際相(xiang)結(jie)合,加(jia)(jia)快(kuai)“ 智(zhi)(zhi)慧礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)”建設,拓展安(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)“大數(shu)據”應用(yong),用(yong)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)創新(xin)加(jia)(jia)快(kuai)“機器換人(ren)(ren)(ren)”,減(jian)(jian)(jian)輕員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)勞動強度。今年五(wu)月份建成了(le)(le)龍礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)集(ji)團首套薄煤層智(zhi)(zhi)能化(hua)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)。生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)(gong)序由(you)原來的(de)(de)2名(ming)司(si)機跟(gen)機操作(zuo)、3名(ming)支(zhi)架工(gong)(gong)分段跟(gen)機拉架,變(bian)為2人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)巡視(shi),比(bi)普通工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)減(jian)(jian)(jian)少9人(ren)(ren)(ren),正(zheng)常回采(cai)(cai)期(qi)間每班僅需(xu)要7人(ren)(ren)(ren),一(yi)天下來減(jian)(jian)(jian)少生(sheng)產(chan)和檢修人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)達18人(ren)(ren)(ren)。智(zhi)(zhi)能化(hua)開采(cai)(cai),改變(bian)了(le)(le)傳統煤炭開采(cai)(cai)方式(shi),改變(bian)了(le)(le)煤礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)工(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)心智(zhi)(zhi)模式(shi),使他們由(you)過(guo)去的(de)(de)下井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)挖煤的(de)(de)“煤黑子”變(bian)成了(le)(le)現(xian)在坐在辦公(gong)室操作(zuo)電(dian)腦的(de)(de)“文化(hua)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”,開啟龍礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)集(ji)團智(zhi)(zhi)能化(hua)開采(cai)(cai)新(xin)時(shi)代。三是注(zhu)(zhu)重(zhong)(zhong)與提質增效(xiao)(xiao)相(xiang)結(jie)合,實(shi)施“一(yi)提雙優(you)(you)”工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),推進(jin)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)裝備升級,優(you)(you)化(hua)生(sheng)產(chan)系(xi)統,實(shi)現(xian)生(sheng)產(chan)方式(shi)變(bian)革。優(you)(you)化(hua)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)下煤炭運輸(shu)系(xi)統后(hou),7部膠帶機減(jian)(jian)(jian)為4部,運距縮短1.8公(gong)里,遠(yuan)期(qi)釋放效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)約(yue)2100萬(wan)元(yuan);優(you)(you)化(hua)重(zhong)(zhong)復采(cai)(cai)動條件下高(gao)壓(ya)鐵塔區域(yu)的(de)(de)開采(cai)(cai)方案,使工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)增加(jia)(jia)儲量(liang)46萬(wan)噸;優(you)(you)化(hua)二采(cai)(cai)區11號煤聯(lian)合布置增加(jia)(jia)儲量(liang)15.4萬(wan)噸,遠(yuan)期(qi)釋放效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)約(yue)1640多萬(wan)元(yuan);優(you)(you)化(hua)13211采(cai)(cai)煤工(gong)(gong)藝(yi),可多回收64萬(wan)噸,增加(jia)(jia)效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)6400萬(wan)元(yuan)。膠帶機集(ji)控(kong)(kong)、變(bian)電(dian)所泵(beng)房無人(ren)(ren)(ren)值守、薄煤層智(zhi)(zhi)能化(hua)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)等一(yi)大批“一(yi)提雙優(you)(you)”創新(xin)項目(mu)已經落地,實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)下膠帶機、泵(beng)房、變(bian)電(dian)所、地面(mian)煤場遠(yuan)程(cheng)遙控(kong)(kong),減(jian)(jian)(jian)少崗(gang)位工(gong)(gong)29人(ren)(ren)(ren)。做到了(le)(le)生(sheng)產(chan)管控(kong)(kong)可視(shi)化(hua),監(jian)(jian)測監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)全(quan)息化(hua)、故障(zhang)診(zhen)斷智(zhi)(zhi)能化(hua)、礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)山開采(cai)(cai)智(zhi)(zhi)慧化(hua)。
推行精細化管(guan)理,放大了企業管(guan)理效(xiao)能,樹立了企業品牌(pai),公(gong)司先后(hou)被授予“國(guo)家一(yi)(yi)級(ji)安全生產標準化礦井”“特(te)級(ji)安全高(gao)效(xiao)礦井”,“忻(xin)州市(shi)煤(mei)炭工作先進(jin)集體”,“能源(yuan)集團先進(jin)單位”、“集團公(gong)司文明單位”、保(bao)德(de)縣“五一(yi)(yi)”勞(lao)動(dong)獎(jiang)狀等(deng)榮譽(yu)稱號。
