在黨(dang)(dang)(dang)史(shi)(shi)學習(xi)(xi)教(jiao)育過程中(zhong),彭莊煤(mei)礦黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委把學黨(dang)(dang)(dang)史(shi)(shi)與辦(ban)實事(shi)緊密結合,通過探民(min)情、出實招、辦(ban)實事(shi),著力解決(jue)影響員工(gong)的操(cao)心(xin)(xin)事(shi)、煩(fan)心(xin)(xin)事(shi)、揪(jiu)心(xin)(xin)事(shi),用心(xin)(xin)用情為員工(gong)排憂解難,不斷(duan)推動黨(dang)(dang)(dang)史(shi)(shi)學習(xi)(xi)教(jiao)育向縱深發展。
深入群眾“大排查”探民情
該礦(kuang)黨委(wei)把深入(ru)基層探訪實(shi)情作為推進(jin)黨史(shi)學習(xi)教育的“前(qian)置(zhi)課(ke)題”, 通過精準把脈,找(zhao)準黨員(yuan)(yuan)聯系(xi)群(qun)眾的“癥結”,建立黨員(yuan)(yuan)包(bao)(bao)保(bao)責任(ren)制,黨員(yuan)(yuan)干(gan)部亮(liang)身份、明責任(ren)、勇擔(dan)當、樹(shu)形象,全礦(kuang)120名(ming)黨員(yuan)(yuan)跨科室、跨層級網格(ge)化包(bao)(bao)保(bao)1120名(ming)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong),入(ru)宿舍、進(jin)班組、到一(yi)線,圍(wei)繞安全生產、經營管理、隊伍建設、重(zhong)點工(gong)(gong)作、后勤(qin)服務等工(gong)(gong)作與員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)面對面交流、一(yi)對一(yi)座談,認真了解員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)訴求、廣泛(fan)征集員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)意見,黨員(yuan)(yuan)干(gan)部學史(shi)力行(xing)、以行(xing)踐知,真正把黨史(shi)學習(xi)教育落實(shi)到為員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)辦實(shi)事上。
“實行黨(dang)員(yuan)聯系(xi)群(qun)眾包保責(ze)任制,就是要俯下身子、放下架子,面(mian)對面(mian)傾聽員(yuan)工心(xin)聲,心(xin)貼心(xin)溝通交流。”該礦黨(dang)委副書記、工會主席(xi)胡(hu)彥峰說。切(qie)實做到探訪民情、了解民意(yi),目標更(geng)(geng)加(jia)精準、方向更(geng)(geng)加(jia)明確,更(geng)(geng)好地把實事辦到員(yuan)工心(xin)坎(kan)上。
聚焦民生“大走訪”辦實事
自開展(zhan)“學黨史辦實事(shi)”黨員(yuan)(yuan)聯系(xi)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)“大走訪(fang)”以來,黨員(yuan)(yuan)干部平均(jun)走訪(fang)10人/次,按照現(xian)場答復、當(dang)日處理、一周完結要求(qiu),梳理員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)關(guan)心(xin)關(guan)注的(de)問(wen)題5大類40余條,研究制定(ding)為民20件實事(shi)清單,透明化管理、清單式落實。通過深入實施大病救(jiu)助(zhu)政策和(he)職工(gong)(gong)互助(zhu)工(gong)(gong)程,為57名貧困(kun)(kun)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)立了動態檔案(an),按時給予困(kun)(kun)難救(jiu)助(zhu),建(jian)立節(jie)假日、季度(du)、年(nian)度(du)和(he)突(tu)發性(xing)特殊救(jiu)助(zhu)等(deng)困(kun)(kun)難救(jiu)助(zhu)體系(xi),上限落實工(gong)(gong)會生育、婚姻(yin)、住院、離退休等(deng)7項慰問(wen),定(ding)期開展(zhan)“金(jin)(jin)秋助(zhu)學”“助(zhu)力高考(kao)”“高考(kao)子(zi)女志(zhi)愿輔導”等(deng)活動,探索(suo)推行榮譽養老制度(du),為金(jin)(jin)牌員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)搭建(jian)贍養老人、照顧子(zi)女的(de)場所,提供食(shi)宿,解(jie)決(jue)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)后顧之憂。
聚焦員工(gong)(gong)(gong)關心(xin)關注的(de)(de)衣食住(zhu)行,開展(zhan)“四(si)大”暖(nuan)心(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程。實(shi)行員工(gong)(gong)(gong)洗衣“一站式”服務,洗好(hao)的(de)(de)衣服統一發放到吊籃里,讓員工(gong)(gong)(gong)感受到貼心(xin)的(de)(de)服務;對餐廳進行升(sheng)級改造,干凈(jing)、明亮、溫馨的(de)(de)餐廳里有“愛心(xin)菜(cai)園”自種(zhong)菜(cai)品,讓員工(gong)(gong)(gong)吃(chi)得(de)放心(xin);對宿舍進行裝修改造,統一配備床上用品,標準(zhun)的(de)(de)2-3人間干凈(jing)、舒適(shi)、整潔,讓員工(gong)(gong)(gong)住(zhu)得(de)舒心(xin);除建有健身(shen)中心(xin)外,在生(sheng)產樓開設活(huo)動室(shi),員工(gong)(gong)(gong)在上下班空余時間,可以到活(huo)動室(shi)下棋、讀書(shu),滿(man)足員工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)精神(shen)文化生(sheng)活(huo)需要。
服務員工“大提升”促發展
該礦始(shi)終堅(jian)持(chi)以(yi)(yi)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)為中心,深(shen)耕“家(jia)(jia)園”文化(hua)建(jian)設,做實做細“員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)小家(jia)(jia)”“員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)之家(jia)(jia)”建(jian)設,高標(biao)準建(jian)設了員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)探親房、停車場(chang)、“愛(ai)心小屋(wu)”等(deng)場(chang)所(suo),充(chong)分利用勞(lao)模工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室(shi)、創新工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室(shi)領軍(jun)帶(dai)頭作用,開展“崗位微課(ke)堂(tang)”“云(yun)上技(ji)能(neng)(neng)課(ke)”“技(ji)能(neng)(neng)大課(ke)堂(tang)”進(jin)一步提升員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)知識技(ji)能(neng)(neng)和(he)業(ye)務素質,開展“大培訓(xun)、大比(bi)武、大提升”比(bi)武活動,以(yi)(yi)考促學(xue),以(yi)(yi)學(xue)促練,建(jian)立了員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)技(ji)術大數據平臺,徹底打通(tong)人才(cai)晉升通(tong)道,營造了“凝心、聚力、匯(hui)智、惜才(cai)”的“家(jia)(jia)園”文化(hua)氛圍。
緊緊抓住青年員工覆蓋面廣、活(huo)力足等(deng)特點,在五一、五四、母親(qin)節(jie)等(deng)節(jie)假日(ri)廣泛(fan)開展(zhan)文體(ti)活(huo)動(dong),開展(zhan)愛心植樹、志愿(yuan)者活(huo)動(dong)、“迎五一慶(qing)五四”三(san)公里健身賽(sai)、“你陪我長(chang)大(da) 我陪你變老”母親(qin)節(jie)特別活(huo)動(dong),提升(sheng)員工的歸(gui)屬感和(he)幸福指數,增強(qiang)凝聚(ju)力。
