自黨(dang)史學(xue)習教(jiao)育開展(zhan)以來(lai),彭莊煤礦黨(dang)委堅持(chi)“學(xue)思用貫通、知信行統一”的(de)思路(lu),把解決職工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)“急難(nan)愁盼”作為黨(dang)史學(xue)習教(jiao)育成果的(de)“試金石”,“點、線、面”同步發力(li)、“急、難(nan)、小(xiao)”一體推(tui)進(jin),推(tui)動(dong)“我(wo)為職工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦實(shi)事(shi)”實(shi)踐活(huo)動(dong)扎實(shi)開展(zhan),用實(shi)際行動(dong)把黨(dang)史學(xue)習成效轉(zhuan)化為“我(wo)為職工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦實(shi)事(shi)”的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作動(dong)能(neng)。
找準“落腳點”,辦好職工“急事”
該(gai)礦黨委把“我(wo)為職(zhi)工(gong)辦實事(shi)”工(gong)作融入日常,開展班子(zi)成員(yuan)(yuan)包掛(gua)支部(bu)聯系(xi)點、黨員(yuan)(yuan)包掛(gua)聯系(xi)群眾、黨群人員(yuan)(yuan)包掛(gua)困難職(zhi)工(gong)“三包掛(gua)”活動(dong),依托(tuo)“八級慧談”“書記接待站(zhan)”“領(ling)導干部(bu)公(gong)開大(da)接訪”等(deng)(deng)平臺,廣(guang)泛搜集(ji)職(zhi)工(gong)群眾反映的普遍性、重難點問(wen)(wen)題,做到“上下聯動(dong),問(wen)(wen)計于(yu)民;因實制宜(yi),問(wen)(wen)需于(yu)民”,為職(zhi)工(gong)辦好“急事(shi)”。今年以來共解(jie)決職(zhi)工(gong)食宿環境(jing)改善、文體活動(dong)室(shi)修(xiu)繕、床上用品發放、特殊(shu)工(gong)裝配備等(deng)(deng)13件實事(shi)。
理清“連接線”,解決職工“難事”
在做好前期調(diao)研走訪基礎(chu)上,該礦(kuang)黨委建立“融(rong)(rong)入(ru)一(yi)線支部建設,融(rong)(rong)入(ru)生(sheng)產環境改善(shan),融(rong)(rong)入(ru)日(ri)常點滴關愛,融(rong)(rong)入(ru)精益化提升,融(rong)(rong)入(ru)職工(gong)(gong)日(ri)常培訓,融(rong)(rong)入(ru)群團(tuan)常態(tai)服務(wu),融(rong)(rong)入(ru)急難險(xian)重任務(wu)”為(wei)主(zhu)要內容的“七融(rong)(rong)入(ru)”具體(ti)舉措,為(wei)職工(gong)(gong)解決(jue)“難事”。機電工(gong)(gong)區(qu)黨支部一(yi)名(ming)(ming)年輕職工(gong)(gong)突發腦(nao)溢(yi)血,且家(jia)庭(ting)遭(zao)遇重大(da)變故(gu),經協(xie)調(diao)開通(tong)(tong)救(jiu)助綠色通(tong)(tong)道、及時聯(lian)系(xi)職工(gong)(gong)互助保(bao)障(zhang)中心(xin),進行二次報銷。運搬工(gong)(gong)區(qu)一(yi)名(ming)(ming)職工(gong)(gong)家(jia)屬患(huan)病后,家(jia)庭(ting)負擔加重,除(chu)進行救(jiu)助外,積(ji)極引導該職工(gong)(gong)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)志愿服務(wu)、義務(wu)勞動來“自食其力”,以“表現換積(ji)分,以積(ji)分換物品(pin)”,幫貧、幫志、幫德(de)。
拓寬“服務面”,做好職工“小事”
該礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)牢固(gu)樹立(li)“發展依(yi)靠職工(gong)、發展為(wei)了職工(gong)”主旨,將黨(dang)史學(xue)習教(jiao)育成果(guo)融(rong)入(ru)推進(jin)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)井和諧高效發展日(ri)常,融(rong)入(ru)破解礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)井發展難題日(ri)常。結合(he)建黨(dang)100周(zhou)年(nian),初步建立(li)融(rong)合(he)“文體活(huo)動(dong)、訴求辦(ban)(ban)理、素能(neng)提升、廉潔教(jiao)育、技能(neng)提升”五大(da)功能(neng)的職工(gong)“一站(zhan)式”服務中心,辦(ban)(ban)好職工(gong)的“小事”。舉辦(ban)(ban)“你(ni)陪(pei)(pei)我(wo)長大(da)、我(wo)陪(pei)(pei)你(ni)變老”母親節特(te)別活(huo)動(dong),為(wei)職工(gong)提供盡孝(xiao)的機(ji)會。邀請高考(kao)志愿填報專(zhuan)家到(dao)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)指導39名參加(jia)高考(kao)的職工(gong)子(zi)女填報志愿,為(wei)職工(gong)解決關切事。開展逢“11”大(da)清掃活(huo)動(dong),每(mei)月11日(ri)對礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)外員工(gong)居住(zhu)區的衛生死角(jiao)進(jin)行(xing)大(da)清理,讓職工(gong)時刻感受到(dao)彭莊煤礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)大(da)家庭的關懷和溫(wen)暖。
“職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)事無小事,立身立行暖人(ren)心。”該礦以職(zhi)工(gong)為中(zhong)心的(de)發展思想,聚(ju)力解(jie)決影響職(zhi)工(gong)獲得感滿意度的(de)難點(dian)、痛點(dian)、堵點(dian)問題,續力“主動擔當”理(li)念,自4月(yue)份(fen)以來(lai),共計為職(zhi)工(gong)辦實事170余件,構建起全體(ti)職(zhi)工(gong)對內同(tong)心、對外(wai)同(tong)音(yin)、目標(biao)同(tong)向、同(tong)頻(pin)共振的(de)命運共同(tong)體(ti)。(張霄)
