為(wei)進一(yi)步(bu)提高管理人員(yuan)的(de)政(zheng)治(zhi)素質(zhi)、業(ye)務管理水(shui)平和服務意(yi)識,逐步(bu)在(zai)企(qi)業(ye)科室(shi)工(gong)作人員(yuan)中形成終身學(xue)習(xi)(xi)的(de)理念,按照建設學(xue)習(xi)(xi)型組織要求,近日(ri),榆樹井煤礦積極開展創建學(xue)習(xi)(xi)型科室(shi)活動,在(zai)全礦掀起了(le)新一(yi)輪的(de)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)熱潮。
一是加強(qiang)組織(zhi)領導,保證學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)。成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)立(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)型科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)室(shi)(shi)領導小組,礦領導參加分管(guan)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)室(shi)(shi)業務(wu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),要求各科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)室(shi)(shi)根據(ju)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)性質(zhi)自(zi)行制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)計(ji)劃(hua),以科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)室(shi)(shi)集(ji)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)為(wei)主,自(zi)主學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)為(wei)輔,每周(zhou)至少組織(zhi)四次以上學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),每次學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)時間不(bu)少于(yu)30分鐘,并(bing)做好(hao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)記錄的(de)(de)(de)整理(li)、存檔(dang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。二是明確學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)重點,確保學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)以致用(yong)。通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)時事政策(ce)、鄧小平(ping)理(li)論(lun)等(deng)(deng)政治理(li)論(lun)知(zhi)識(shi),使科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)室(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)樹立(li)正(zheng)確的(de)(de)(de)世界觀(guan)(guan)、人(ren)生觀(guan)(guan)、價(jia)值觀(guan)(guan)和(he)發(fa)展觀(guan)(guan);學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)社會主義法(fa)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)論(lun)和(he)單位(wei)有(you)關(guan)規章制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du),提高科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)室(shi)(shi)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)依法(fa)管(guan)理(li)、依法(fa)辦事的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力和(he)水平(ping);學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)管(guan)理(li)心理(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、哲學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)和(he)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)管(guan)理(li)原(yuan)理(li)等(deng)(deng)知(zhi)識(shi),使科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)室(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)進(jin)(jin)一步提高管(guan)理(li)水平(ping)和(he)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)駕馭能(neng)力;切實提高專業知(zhi)識(shi)水平(ping),提倡無邊界學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),積極引導科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)室(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)向專業化方(fang)向發(fa)展,努力實現一專多(duo)能(neng);學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)勞動模(mo)范、先(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)者的(de)(de)(de)先(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin)事跡等(deng)(deng),使科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)室(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)樹立(li)職業道德和(he)執行力意識(shi),恪盡(jin)職守(shou),愛崗敬業。三是完善考(kao)核制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du),推進(jin)(jin)扎實開展。建(jian)立(li)嚴格的(de)(de)(de)考(kao)核評(ping)比及學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)考(kao)勤制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du),黨群工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)部(bu)采(cai)取定(ding)期檢查(cha)和(he)不(bu)定(ding)期抽查(cha)方(fang)式(shi)對科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)室(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)情況進(jin)(jin)行監(jian)督(du)考(kao)核,各科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)室(shi)(shi)每月組織(zhi)一次考(kao)試,對全礦排名前(qian)15名者,給予獎(jiang)勵(li)(li)600元到800元的(de)(de)(de)獎(jiang)勵(li)(li)。另外,要求科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)室(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)結(jie)合(he)自(zi)身的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)任務(wu)、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)特(te)點和(he)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)內容每月寫出一篇學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)心得體會,并(bing)開辟學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)園地進(jin)(jin)行學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)心得交(jiao)流。通(tong)過考(kao)核、評(ping)比、表彰等(deng)(deng)措(cuo)施,鼓勵(li)(li)先(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin),鞭策(ce)后(hou)進(jin)(jin),真正(zheng)使學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)室(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)自(zi)覺(jue)行動和(he)提升自(zi)身素質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)動力源泉。四是建(jian)立(li)保障制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du),逐步形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)長效(xiao)(xiao)機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。在建(jian)立(li)交(jiao)流、考(kao)核、評(ping)價(jia)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)基礎上,確保學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)時間和(he)經費,使學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)與考(kao)核考(kao)績掛鉤(gou),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)與評(ping)先(xian)(xian)評(ping)優掛鉤(gou),形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)長效(xiao)(xiao)激(ji)勵(li)(li)機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi), 營(ying)造人(ren)人(ren)“快(kuai)樂(le)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)、快(kuai)樂(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)、快(kuai)樂(le)生活”的(de)(de)(de)良(liang)好(hao)氛圍。
目前,該礦學習氛圍(wei)積極(ji)濃厚,通過(guo)科室工(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)的帶動(dong)和示范作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),礦區掀起了人(ren)人(ren)“講學習、求進(jin)步、爭奉獻(xian)”的良好氛圍(wei),對(dui)全面提(ti)升管理人(ren)員(yuan)的工(gong)作(zuo)實踐能力(li)和創新能力(li)起到了良好的推動(dong)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)。 (榆樹井礦宣:高云峰 張素(su)華)
