近年來,雙欣(xin)礦業認真落實(shi)能(neng)源集團指示要(yao)求,把“一提(ti)(ti)雙優”作為(wei)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)安(an)保能(neng)力(li)(li)、增(zeng)強(qiang)(qiang)發(fa)(fa)展能(neng)力(li)(li)的(de)強(qiang)(qiang)力(li)(li)抓手,按照裝備高(gao)(gao)端化(hua)、管理智慧化(hua)、安(an)全(quan)常(chang)態化(hua)“三路并(bing)進(jin)”原則,以敢(gan)爭敢(gan)謀的(de)智慧、敢(gan)破(po)敢(gan)立(li)的(de)魄力(li)(li)、敢(gan)想敢(gan)干的(de)勇氣,全(quan)方位推進(jin)“裝備提(ti)(ti)效(xiao)、科技(ji)興安(an)”戰略,礦井的(de)安(an)全(quan)保障能(neng)力(li)(li)得到顯(xian)著提(ti)(ti)升,生產效(xiao)率(lv)大幅(fu)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao),集約高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)成(cheng)為(wei)推動礦井高(gao)(gao)質量發(fa)(fa)展的(de)強(qiang)(qiang)力(li)(li)“引擎(qing)”。今年1~5月,公司掘進(jin)進(jin)尺完成(cheng)計劃的(de)116%,原煤效(xiao)率(lv)、回(hui)采效(xiao)率(lv)、掘進(jin)效(xiao)率(lv)分(fen)別達到45.0噸(dun)/工、197.0噸(dun)/工、0.68米/工。

一、借勢升級裝備,全方位激活集約高效“動力源。深刻領會“一(yi)提(ti)雙優”內涵(han)實(shi)質,把提(ti)升裝(zhuang)備(bei)水平作為集約高效的強力(li)支撐,按照“少(shao)用(yong)一(yi)人就(jiu)減一(yi)份風(feng)險”、“寧(ning)投百(bai)萬上裝(zhuang)備(bei),不投十萬增(zeng)一(yi)人”原(yuan)則,全面推動礦井裝(zhuang)備(bei)向機械化(hua)(hua)(hua)、自動化(hua)(hua)(hua)、智能化(hua)(hua)(hua)轉變。

全(quan)(quan)面升級裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)技術。以“科學合(he)理、高(gao)效(xiao)適(shi)用”為定位,礦(kuang)井裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)了(le)兩(liang)套一次采(cai)全(quan)(quan)高(gao)6.3米綜(zong)采(cai)設(she)備(bei),兩(liang)部國(guo)際(ji)先進的MB670型掘錨一體機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),采(cai)掘機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)化(hua)(hua)程度達(da)(da)到(dao)100%。投資1.9億(yi)元建成了(le)智能化(hua)(hua)綜(zong)采(cai)工(gong)作(zuo)面,實(shi)現了(le)割煤(mei)、推(tui)溜、移架(jia)、運(yun)(yun)輸、除塵、遠程供(gong)液(ye)等的協調(diao)聯動(dong)控制,并在全(quan)(quan)國(guo)率先實(shi)現了(le)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)截(jie)割三角煤(mei),自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)使用率保(bao)持在50%以上,最高(gao)達(da)(da)到(dao)82.3%。目前,該智能化(hua)(hua)系統(tong)各項指(zhi)標達(da)(da)到(dao)國(guo)際(ji)領先水平,運(yun)(yun)行速度可(ke)達(da)(da)10-15m/min,完全(quan)(quan)符合(he)能源集團“一提雙優”驗收標準。國(guo)內(nei)首(shou)創將變頻一體機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)與永(yong)磁電機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)應用于帶(dai)式輸送機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)和刮板運(yun)(yun)輸機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),生產系統(tong)得到(dao)全(quan)(quan)面改善(shan),生產效(xiao)率大幅(fu)提升,機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)事故(gu)影響時間同(tong)比下降21.7%,原(yuan)煤(mei)單耗同(tong)比下降10.9%,采(cai)煤(mei)單班提升量達(da)(da)到(dao)10000噸左右,實(shi)現了(le)一礦(kuang)兩(liang)面兩(liang)班達(da)(da)產。先后(hou)投資500多(duo)萬元購置了(le)混凝土攪(jiao)拌(ban)車(che)、巷道(dao)修復機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、防爆指(zhi)揮車(che)、場(chang)地清(qing)掃車(che)等先進適(shi)用裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei),有效(xiao)提高(gao)了(le)生產效(xiao)率,降低了(le)勞動(dong)強度,徹底改變了(le)傳統(tong)煤(mei)礦(kuang)捲(juan)大掀、出大汗的落后(hou)場(chang)面。

全(quan)(quan)力(li)實(shi)施(shi)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)改(gai)造。按照(zhao)“減(jian)(jian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)增安(an)、無(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)則安(an)”和“萬(wan)物(wu)皆可互(hu)聯互(hu)通(tong)”理念,以“讓職(zhi)工(gong)遠(yuan)離危險源”為目標,對(dui)(dui)生產(chan)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)實(shi)施(shi)全(quan)(quan)方位智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)改(gai)造。建成智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)開采集控(kong)(kong)中(zhong)心(xin),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)了(le)對(dui)(dui)采煤機(ji)(ji)的地面(mian)遠(yuan)程操控(kong)(kong);對(dui)(dui)液壓系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)進行升(sheng)級改(gai)造,液壓泵(beng)(beng)站(zhan)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)了(le)自動供液、無(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)值(zhi)(zhi)守(shou)(shou)。目前(qian),智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)現(xian)(xian)場僅(jin)需1名(ming)(ming)集控(kong)(kong)司機(ji)(ji)、4名(ming)(ming)巡視工(gong)及1名(ming)(ming)維修工(gong)即可保障系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)運行,較(jiao)傳統(tong)綜(zong)采工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)減(jian)(jian)少60%以上(shang)。投資(zi)360余萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)對(dui)(dui)主煤流系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)實(shi)施(shi)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)改(gai)造,主運輸皮帶實(shi)現(xian)(xian)無(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)值(zhi)(zhi)守(shou)(shou),減(jian)(jian)少崗位司機(ji)(ji)20余人(ren)(ren)(ren)。投資(zi)160余萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)對(dui)(dui)井下變電所、泵(beng)(beng)房進行升(sheng)級改(gai)造,變電所、泵(beng)(beng)房實(shi)現(xian)(xian)無(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)值(zhi)(zhi)守(shou)(shou),減(jian)(jian)少崗位司機(ji)(ji)4人(ren)(ren)(ren)。投資(zi)200余萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建成無(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)值(zhi)(zhi)守(shou)(shou)銷(xiao)售系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong),客戶掃碼即可過(guo)(guo)(guo)磅(bang),過(guo)(guo)(guo)磅(bang)效率較(jiao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)去人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)磅(bang)提高三(san)倍,目前(qian)兩(liang)班(ban)(ban)銷(xiao)售就(jiu)能(neng)(neng)達到過(guo)(guo)(guo)去三(san)班(ban)(ban)銷(xiao)量,減(jian)(jian)少司磅(bang)員6名(ming)(ming)。全(quan)(quan)面(mian)推行礦區智(zhi)慧生活模式,全(quan)(quan)礦取消現(xian)(xian)金支(zhi)付、實(shi)現(xian)(xian)“一(yi)機(ji)(ji)通(tong)”。通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)改(gai)造,自2月份起,全(quan)(quan)礦取消夜班(ban)(ban),按照(zhao)兩(liang)班(ban)(ban)生產(chan)、單班(ban)(ban)下井人(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)不(bu)超(chao)200人(ren)(ren)(ren)進行組織(zhi)。

全(quan)(quan)員開展精準維護(hu)。設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)效能高不高,就(jiu)看(kan)保養好(hao)(hao)不好(hao)(hao)。我(wo)們堅持“日常保養”和“預防性檢修”相結(jie)合理(li)(li)念(nian),在(zai)保證每天至少2小時預防性檢修的同時,全(quan)(quan)面推(tui)行(xing)了設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)“包機(ji)制”、“菜(cai)單(dan)式”管(guan)理(li)(li)法,實行(xing)全(quan)(quan)員維護(hu)管(guan)理(li)(li),確(que)(que)保設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)始終處(chu)于(yu)良性運轉狀態。所謂“包機(ji)制”,即(ji)為每臺設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)指(zhi)定(ding)包機(ji)人(ren),落實對(dui)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)的參數檢測、使用保養、檢修維護(hu)、資料(liao)收集(ji)等(deng)責任(ren),誰管(guan)的設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)出問題就(jiu)追究(jiu)誰的責任(ren),努力讓職工將設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)當人(ren)看(kan),把設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)當飯碗。所謂“菜(cai)單(dan)式”,即(ji)制定(ding)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)巡檢“菜(cai)單(dan)”,定(ding)期對(dui)照“菜(cai)單(dan)”進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逐項巡檢,確(que)(que)保問題發現及時、處(chu)理(li)(li)得當。把油(you)脂當做(zuo)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)的“血液”,常態化抓好(hao)(hao)油(you)脂潔凈、油(you)脂分(fen)析(xi)、定(ding)期加油(you),安(an)監員每班(ban)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)抽檢、考(kao)核。目(mu)前,公司設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)完好(hao)(hao)率、開機(ji)率均達到95%以上。特別是(shi)掘(jue)錨(mao)一體機(ji)自2014年下井(jing)后(hou),創出了“連續(xu)作業50個月(yue)4萬(wan)米不升井(jing)大修”的紀錄。

二、實施創新集成,全維度增強集約高效“穩定器”。裝備(bei)(bei)升級(ji)必(bi)然(ran)帶來(lai)管(guan)理(li)提檔。為了讓高(gao)端設(she)備(bei)(bei)發揮出高(gao)效優(you)勢(shi),我們堅持從管(guan)理(li)模式(shi)升級(ji)上做文章,重點推行全面對標、健康經營、精益生(sheng)產(chan)等(deng)管(guan)理(li)方法,努力將集約生(sheng)產(chan)模式(shi)固化成制。

以全面(mian)對標力促掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)提(ti)效(xiao)。以打(da)造“萬米(mi)掘(jue)錨頭”為目標,按照“日過(guo)百、月過(guo)千(qian)、年(nian)過(guo)萬”高標要求,圍繞制(zhi)(zhi)約掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)效(xiao)率提(ti)升“瓶(ping)頸”開展攻(gong)關,掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)效(xiao)率顯著提(ti)升。持(chi)續優化(hua)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)方案和支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)參數,創新改良掘(jue)錨支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)工藝,研制(zhi)(zhi)應用一(yi)號車(che)支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)平臺(tai)、皮(pi)帶機(ji)(ji)(ji)跟(gen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)調速(su)控制(zhi)(zhi)及皮(pi)帶機(ji)(ji)(ji)尾(wei)跟(gen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)自移(yi)裝(zhuang)置,掘(jue)、支(zhi)(zhi)、移(yi)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)無縫(feng)融合、平行(xing)作(zuo)業,掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)效(xiao)率提(ti)高近20%。改造運(yun)輸機(ji)(ji)(ji)機(ji)(ji)(ji)尾(wei)跑道形成“移(yi)動料場”,實(shi)(shi)行(xing)“無縫(feng)化(hua)交接班”管理(li),將單班掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)有效(xiao)生產(chan)時間穩(wen)定在(zai)420分鐘以上,完成一(yi)個截割循環保持(chi)在(zai)5分鐘以內。今(jin)年(nian)3月份,掘(jue)錨隊在(zai)20.8平方米(mi)斷面(mian)、超前支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)迎頭上進(jin)(jin)尺(chi)1591米(mi),打(da)破公司2018年(nian)5月份創造的1458米(mi)紀(ji)錄,吸引(yin)了俄羅斯、印度尼西(xi)亞等國的煤炭同行(xing)來礦(kuang)參觀學習。

以健康經(jing)(jing)營(ying)激發干事(shi)熱情。借鑒市場化(hua)思維,全面推行(xing)區(qu)隊(dui)自(zi)(zi)治、班(ban)(ban)組(zu)自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)管理(li)(li)模式(shi)。在區(qu)隊(dui)層面,打破倍數(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)制,實行(xing)管理(li)(li)人(ren)員日(ri)(ri)薪(xin)與所跟班(ban)(ban)次的產(chan)量(liang)進(jin)(jin)(jin)尺(chi)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程質量(liang)、實際(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作量(liang)、費(fei)用開支等(deng)要(yao)素掛鉤(gou)聯動,按照“工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)=收入-支出”方式(shi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)班(ban)(ban)清(qing)班(ban)(ban)結(jie)、日(ri)(ri)清(qing)日(ri)(ri)結(jie),職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)實現了由過(guo)去的“領(ling)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)”向“掙工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)”、“等(deng)事(shi)干”向“找事(shi)干”的轉(zhuan)變,提效增(zeng)收、大(da)干快干已經(jing)(jing)成為全員共識。創新將(jiang)人(ren)力(li)資(zi)(zi)源配置(zhi)、生產(chan)組(zu)織、薪(xin)酬分配和獨立核算“四項權力(li)”下放到班(ban)(ban)組(zu),鼓(gu)勵(li)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)長挑頭(tou)承包工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程,自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)經(jing)(jing)營(ying)、自(zi)(zi)負盈虧、自(zi)(zi)理(li)(li)收支,職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作熱情激增(zeng),生產(chan)效率大(da)幅攀(pan)升(sheng)。在公司(si)層面,建立經(jing)(jing)營(ying)日(ri)(ri)報表(biao)制度,每天對照產(chan)銷、進(jin)(jin)(jin)尺(chi)、售價、支出等(deng)內容形成全礦經(jing)(jing)營(ying)狀況(kuang)“日(ri)(ri)清(qing)日(ri)(ri)結(jie)”,及對區(qu)隊(dui)的考核明細,次日(ri)(ri)早會通(tong)報,“倒逼”區(qu)隊(dui)想方設法提效增(zeng)收。目前,公司(si)掘進(jin)(jin)(jin)單班(ban)(ban)進(jin)(jin)(jin)尺(chi)穩定(ding)在20米左右,職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)月均工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)達到萬元以上。

以精益生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)消(xiao)除(chu)各種(zhong)浪(lang)費(fei)(fei)。將精益管(guan)理思維引入生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)全過程,用(yong)“讓安全有(you)保障、讓員工(gong)提(ti)素質、讓企業上(shang)檔(dang)次(ci)”精益目標(biao)和“想(xiang)好再做(zuo)、一(yi)次(ci)作對(dui)(dui)(dui)、杜(du)絕返工(gong)、反對(dui)(dui)(dui)浪(lang)費(fei)(fei)”精益內(nei)涵指導生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)組(zu)織,科學調(diao)整礦井中(zhong)長(chang)遠(yuan)發(fa)展規劃(hua),全力(li)(li)推進(jin)中(zhong)厚煤層、大小(xiao)工(gong)作面合理配(pei)采,努力(li)(li)做(zuo)到高效開(kai)采、效益開(kai)采。圍繞消(xiao)除(chu)因提(ti)升(sheng)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)等待(dai)浪(lang)費(fei)(fei),深入推進(jin)了變(bian)頻技術在(zai)長(chang)距(ju)離運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)方面的(de)應(ying)用(yong),實現了掘進(jin)3000米以上(shang)一(yi)部皮帶(dai)機安全運(yun)輸(shu)(shu);投資(zi)1200余(yu)萬元對(dui)(dui)(dui)洗煤廠皮帶(dai)機進(jin)行變(bian)頻升(sheng)級、對(dui)(dui)(dui)主運(yun)帶(dai)式輸(shu)(shu)送機進(jin)行擴容改造(zao),原(yuan)煤小(xiao)時(shi)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)能(neng)力(li)(li)由(you)1300噸(dun)提(ti)高到1800噸(dun),單班提(ti)升(sheng)量增加4000噸(dun),倉(cang)儲(chu)能(neng)力(li)(li)增加12000噸(dun)左右。合理控制生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)節(jie)拍,精心調(diao)配(pei)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)組(zu)織,大力(li)(li)推行集(ji)約化管(guan)理,形成了集(ji)產(chan)(chan)、集(ji)運(yun)、集(ji)修、集(ji)休“四集(ji)中(zhong)”生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)組(zu)織模(mo)式,在(zai)全員正(zheng)常休假、不(bu)影響(xiang)產(chan)(chan)銷的(de)同時(shi),月(yue)節(jie)約電力(li)(li)、人工(gong)等費(fei)(fei)用(yong)50余(yu)萬元。

三、筑牢安全底線,全方位擰緊集約高效“安全閥”。集約(yue)高效生(sheng)產安全(quan)(quan)是保(bao)證。為此,我們自始至(zhi)終堅持打(da)好責任落(luo)實、素(su)質提升、現場(chang)監管“三張安全(quan)(quan)牌”,全(quan)(quan)力(li)為集約(yue)高效生(sheng)產保(bao)駕護航。

扎實(shi)(shi)(shi)落實(shi)(shi)(shi)“黨(dang)(dang)(dang)管(guan)(guan)安(an)(an)(an)全”理(li)念(nian)。按照“黨(dang)(dang)(dang)管(guan)(guan)安(an)(an)(an)全”的思路,把(ba)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組織前置決策、把(ba)關定(ding)向(xiang)作(zuo)用擴展到安(an)(an)(an)全領域,制定(ding)生產(chan)安(an)(an)(an)全事故追究問責(ze)條例,將(jiang)安(an)(an)(an)全管(guan)(guan)理(li)層(ceng)級從經(jing)理(li)層(ceng)上升(sheng)到黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委會,實(shi)(shi)(shi)行“一個問題(ti)、雙重追究”,營造(zao)出了全面抓好安(an)(an)(an)全的高壓態勢。將(jiang)知責(ze)明責(ze)、履責(ze)督責(ze)、考責(ze)問責(ze)作(zuo)為(wei)安(an)(an)(an)全監管(guan)(guan)的重要(yao)抓手,實(shi)(shi)(shi)行職工履職情況與黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)干(gan)部“掛鉤考核”機制,凡(fan)職工出現嚴重違章的,管(guan)(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)也須“陪”訓;凡(fan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)違章指揮的,在(zai)加倍追責(ze)的同時(shi),至(zhi)少停職培訓三天(tian)、經(jing)考試合(he)格后方(fang)能(neng)上崗,營造(zao)出了黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)帶頭(tou)、全員(yuan)履職的共建氛圍。

加速推(tui)(tui)進(jin)素(su)(su)質增安(an)戰(zhan)略。新裝(zhuang)備、新工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝的(de)投用對員工(gong)(gong)(gong)素(su)(su)質提出了重(zhong)大考(kao)驗。為(wei)保證職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)素(su)(su)質能(neng)(neng)夠適應生(sheng)產(chan)需(xu)要,我們(men)堅持(chi)生(sheng)產(chan)骨干(gan)知識(shi)(shi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、專(zhuan)業化(hua)(hua)(hua)、高能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、年(nian)輕化(hua)(hua)(hua),在(zai)全(quan)員開展以(yi)崗位練兵、技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)比武和技(ji)能(neng)(neng)大賽為(wei)內容的(de)“素(su)(su)質提升(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程”的(de)基(ji)礎上,創(chuang)新推(tui)(tui)行“藍青工(gong)(gong)(gong)程”工(gong)(gong)(gong)程,挑選年(nian)輕大中專(zhuan)畢(bi)(bi)業生(sheng)充實到生(sheng)產(chan)一線,對他們(men)進(jin)行訂單培養、重(zhong)點孵化(hua)(hua)(hua),著力培育懂技(ji)能(neng)(neng)、善管理、會經營(ying),新老交替、梯隊(dui)(dui)(dui)合理的(de)高素(su)(su)質技(ji)能(neng)(neng)型人才(cai)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍。目(mu)前(qian)(qian),公司綜采、掘錨的(de)主管隊(dui)(dui)(dui)長(chang)均為(wei)35歲(sui)以(yi)下的(de)本科畢(bi)(bi)業生(sheng)。創(chuang)新推(tui)(tui)行“周四草(cao)根(gen)講堂”、“區隊(dui)(dui)(dui)草(cao)班講課”、“一點課”制度,每(mei)周組織基(ji)層職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、廠(chang)家技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)人員登臺授課,講授應知應會知識(shi)(shi)、操(cao)作技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)技(ji)巧等。今年(nian)以(yi)來,公司累(lei)計組織各類講堂60余起。創(chuang)新制作了崗位作業指(zhi)導(dao)書、設備操(cao)作明白紙(zhi),努力讓職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)上標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)崗、干(gan)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)活(huo),把標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)養成(cheng)習(xi)慣,把習(xi)慣形成(cheng)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)。目(mu)前(qian)(qian),不(bu)懂標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)不(bu)安(an)排、不(bu)知標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)不(bu)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)、不(bu)達標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)不(bu)結算“六不(bu)”原則已經成(cheng)為(wei)全(quan)員共識(shi)(shi)。

持續強化安(an)(an)全(quan)風險(xian)治(zhi)理(li)。我們堅持“風險(xian)可(ke)防可(ke)控”理(li)念,扎(zha)實(shi)(shi)推(tui)進(jin)安(an)(an)全(quan)風險(xian)分級管(guan)控、事故隱(yin)患排(pai)查(cha)(cha)(cha)治(zhi)理(li)“雙控”體系建設,實(shi)(shi)行公司(si)月排(pai)查(cha)(cha)(cha)、專業(ye)旬排(pai)查(cha)(cha)(cha)、區隊日(ri)排(pai)查(cha)(cha)(cha)、班組(zu)班排(pai)查(cha)(cha)(cha)、崗位隨(sui)時(shi)排(pai)查(cha)(cha)(cha)的(de)“五級”隱(yin)患聯查(cha)(cha)(cha),并對(dui)排(pai)查(cha)(cha)(cha)出的(de)問題全(quan)部實(shi)(shi)行分級分類(lei)、掛牌督辦(ban)、閉環式(shi)、檔案(an)化管(guan)理(li),確保安(an)(an)全(quan)時(shi)時(shi)在管(guan)在控。扎(zha)實(shi)(shi)開(kai)展“無(wu)塵(chen)化”礦井(jing)建設,制定(ding)了(le)井(jing)下巷(xiang)道清(qing)掃降塵(chen)標準,全(quan)力防范職業(ye)病發(fa)生(sheng),努力讓職工(gong)健康(kang)工(gong)作、體面生(sheng)活。
