在關心慰問上加力,開展“四季關懷”溫暖體系
該(gai)礦始終把職工(gong)群眾的冷暖(nuan)放在心(xin)上,常態化組織“春送(song)(song)祝福、夏送(song)(song)清涼(liang)、秋送(song)(song)團圓、冬送(song)(song)溫(wen)暖(nuan)”四(si)季慰(wei)問活(huo)動,以心(xin)貼心(xin)的關懷為(wei)員(yuan)工(gong)提振士(shi)氣、鼓舞干(gan)勁。入(ru)夏以來,發放“特殊工(gong)裝”和“防暑降溫(wen)愛心(xin)包”為(wei)奮戰在一(yi)線的員(yuan)工(gong)送(song)(song)去絲絲清涼(liang)。常態化組織女工(gong)協管員(yuan)和志(zhi)愿(yuan)者在井口開(kai)展(zhan)“夏送(song)(song)清涼(liang)”活(huo)動,每(mei)天分上下(xia)午兩(liang)班為(wei)員(yuan)工(gong)送(song)(song)西(xi)瓜(gua)(gua)、甜(tian)(tian)瓜(gua)(gua),共購買(mai)西(xi)瓜(gua)(gua)1.6萬斤(jin),甜(tian)(tian)瓜(gua)(gua)1萬斤(jin),讓員(yuan)工(gong)感受到礦井“大家(jia)庭”的清涼(liang)關愛和深(shen)切關懷。
在關愛關懷上給力,落實“七項福利”關愛體系
該礦工(gong)(gong)會(hui)對57名困難(nan)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)建檔,定期開(kai)展幫扶(fu)活動(dong)。動(dong)態(tai)梳理、摸排長期貧(pin)困員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong),實時掌握困難(nan)程(cheng)度,按時給予困難(nan)救助。實行(xing)“愛(ai)心超市”積分制度,鼓勵困難(nan)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)用勞動(dong)換積分、用積分兌(dui)換生活物品,促進扶(fu)貧(pin)與(yu)扶(fu)志、扶(fu)貧(pin)與(yu)扶(fu)德(de)相結合。
