近日,田莊煤礦為提高各(ge)級管理人(ren)員的責任(ren)意識,加(jia)強職(zhi)能監督,督促(cu)各(ge)級管理人(ren)員提高管理水平,做好本職(zhi)工作,建立(li)了工作履職(zhi)制度。
該礦(kuang)管(guan)理人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)每人(ren)建立一本(ben)履職(zhi)簿,單位(wei)(wei)負(fu)責(ze)人(ren)履職(zhi)薄(bo)在(zai)礦(kuang)內指(zhi)定地(di)點公開(kai),由(you)礦(kuang)長、分管(guan)領(ling)導抽查批閱;各科室、工(gong)(gong)區管(guan)理人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)履職(zhi)薄(bo)在(zai)本(ben)單位(wei)(wei)指(zhi)定地(di)點公開(kai),由(you)單位(wei)(wei)負(fu)責(ze)人(ren)抽查批閱,并將履職(zhi)制(zhi)度納入管(guan)理人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)績效(xiao)考(kao)核。該礦(kuang)以此為切入點,做好崗位(wei)(wei)責(ze)任分工(gong)(gong),讓全體管(guan)理人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)有(you)(you)目標、有(you)(you)責(ze)任、有(you)(you)督促、有(you)(you)引導,真正用心(xin)(xin)、出力(li)地(di)做好本(ben)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),很好的調動了黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)干(gan)部的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)積(ji)極性(xing)和(he)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)責(ze)任心(xin)(xin),收(shou)到了很好的效(xiao)果(guo)。(田莊礦(kuang)宣(xuan):田俊 尹博)
