自黨(dang)史學習(xi)(xi)教(jiao)育開展以來,彭莊煤(mei)礦黨(dang)委(wei)堅持“學思(si)用貫通(tong)、知信行統一”的思(si)路,把解(jie)決(jue)職工(gong)的“急(ji)難愁盼”作為黨(dang)史學習(xi)(xi)教(jiao)育成(cheng)果的“試金石”,“點(dian)、線、面”同步發力、“急(ji)、難、小”一體推(tui)進,推(tui)動“我(wo)為職工(gong)辦實事”實踐活(huo)動扎實開展,用實際行動把黨(dang)史學習(xi)(xi)成(cheng)效轉(zhuan)化為“我(wo)為職工(gong)辦實事”的工(gong)作動能(neng)。
找準“落腳點”,辦好職工“急事”
該礦(kuang)黨(dang)委把“我為職工(gong)辦實事(shi)”工(gong)作融(rong)入日常,開(kai)展班子(zi)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)包掛(gua)支部(bu)聯(lian)系(xi)點、黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)包掛(gua)聯(lian)系(xi)群眾、黨(dang)群人員(yuan)(yuan)包掛(gua)困難(nan)職工(gong)“三包掛(gua)”活動(dong),依(yi)托“八級慧談(tan)”“書記(ji)接待(dai)站”“領導干部(bu)公開(kai)大接訪(fang)”等平(ping)臺,廣泛(fan)搜(sou)集職工(gong)群眾反(fan)映的普遍性、重(zhong)難(nan)點問題,做到“上下聯(lian)動(dong),問計(ji)于(yu)民;因實制宜,問需于(yu)民”,為職工(gong)辦好“急事(shi)”。今年以來共解決職工(gong)食宿環境改善、文體活動(dong)室修繕、床上用品(pin)發(fa)放、特殊工(gong)裝配備等13件(jian)實事(shi)。
理清“連接線”,解決職工“難事”
在做好前期調(diao)(diao)研走訪基礎上,該礦(kuang)黨委建(jian)立“融(rong)(rong)(rong)入(ru)(ru)一線支部(bu)建(jian)設,融(rong)(rong)(rong)入(ru)(ru)生產環境改善,融(rong)(rong)(rong)入(ru)(ru)日常點滴關愛,融(rong)(rong)(rong)入(ru)(ru)精(jing)益化提升,融(rong)(rong)(rong)入(ru)(ru)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)日常培訓,融(rong)(rong)(rong)入(ru)(ru)群團常態服務,融(rong)(rong)(rong)入(ru)(ru)急(ji)難險(xian)重任務”為主要內(nei)容的“七融(rong)(rong)(rong)入(ru)(ru)”具體舉措,為職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)解(jie)決“難事”。機電(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區黨支部(bu)一名年輕職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)突發腦(nao)溢血,且家(jia)庭遭遇(yu)重大變故,經協調(diao)(diao)開通(tong)救助(zhu)綠色通(tong)道(dao)、及時聯系(xi)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)互助(zhu)保障(zhang)中(zhong)心,進行(xing)二次報銷(xiao)。運(yun)搬工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區一名職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)家(jia)屬(shu)患(huan)病后,家(jia)庭負擔加重,除進行(xing)救助(zhu)外,積極引導該職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)通(tong)過志愿服務、義務勞動來“自食(shi)其(qi)力”,以(yi)(yi)“表現換積分(fen),以(yi)(yi)積分(fen)換物品(pin)”,幫貧、幫志、幫德(de)。
拓寬“服務面”,做好職工“小事”
該礦(kuang)牢固樹立“發(fa)展依靠職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)、發(fa)展為了職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)”主旨,將黨(dang)史(shi)學習教(jiao)育成果融(rong)入推(tui)進(jin)礦(kuang)井(jing)和諧(xie)高(gao)效(xiao)發(fa)展日常,融(rong)入破(po)解礦(kuang)井(jing)發(fa)展難題日常。結合(he)建黨(dang)100周(zhou)年,初步(bu)建立融(rong)合(he)“文體活動、訴求辦理、素(su)能提(ti)升、廉潔(jie)教(jiao)育、技能提(ti)升”五大(da)(da)功能的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)“一(yi)站式”服務中心,辦好(hao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)的(de)(de)“小事”。舉辦“你陪(pei)我長(chang)大(da)(da)、我陪(pei)你變老”母親(qin)節特別活動,為職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)提(ti)供(gong)盡孝的(de)(de)機會。邀請高(gao)考志愿填報專(zhuan)家到礦(kuang)指導39名參加(jia)高(gao)考的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)子女填報志愿,為職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)解決(jue)關(guan)切事。開展逢“11”大(da)(da)清掃(sao)活動,每月11日對礦(kuang)外(wai)員工(gong)居住區的(de)(de)衛(wei)生死(si)角進(jin)行大(da)(da)清理,讓職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)時(shi)刻(ke)感受到彭(peng)莊煤礦(kuang)大(da)(da)家庭的(de)(de)關(guan)懷(huai)和溫暖。
“職工的事(shi)無小(xiao)事(shi),立(li)身立(li)行暖人心(xin)。”該(gai)礦以職工為中(zhong)心(xin)的發(fa)展思想,聚力(li)(li)解決影響職工獲得感滿意(yi)度的難點、痛點、堵點問題,續(xu)力(li)(li)“主(zhu)動擔當”理(li)念(nian),自4月份以來,共計為職工辦實(shi)事(shi)170余件,構建(jian)起全體職工對內同心(xin)、對外(wai)同音、目標(biao)同向、同頻共振的命運共同體。(張霄)
