激揚青春耀煤海
李恒盈,男,1979年出生(sheng)(sheng),中(zhong)共(gong)黨員(yuan),現任(ren)新上(shang)海一(yi)(yi)號(hao)煤(mei)礦(kuang)籌(chou)建處綜采一(yi)(yi)工區(qu)區(qu)長(chang)兼書記。自1999年7月(yue)參加工作以來(lai),該同(tong)志(zhi)堅(jian)持立(li)足本職,扎實工作,從一(yi)(yi)名(ming)普通(tong)職工逐步成長(chang)為(wei)一(yi)(yi)名(ming)優(you)秀(xiu)的青(qing)(qing)年管理干(gan)部(bu)(bu)。先后(hou)榮獲(huo)上(shang)海廟(miao)礦(kuang)業(ye)公(gong)司“先進工作者”、 “優(you)秀(xiu)共(gong)產(chan)黨員(yuan)”等(deng)榮譽(yu)稱(cheng)號(hao),同(tong)時在他的帶領下綜采一(yi)(yi)工區(qu)先后(hou)榮獲(huo)臨礦(kuang)集(ji)團“先進黨支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)”、上(shang)海廟(miao)經濟開發區(qu)“優(you)秀(xiu)企(qi)業(ye)黨支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)”及(ji)鄂托克(ke)前旗“優(you)秀(xiu)青(qing)(qing)年生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)示范崗(gang)”等(deng)榮譽(yu)稱(cheng)號(hao)。
扎扎實實干好本職工作,是我最大的追求
這(zhe)是(shi)李恒盈在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)中常說的(de)(de)一(yi)句(ju)話,他更是(shi)這(zhe)么做的(de)(de)。在(zai)擔任班組長期(qi)間(jian),他每天總是(shi)第一(yi)個到達工(gong)作(zuo)面,交接工(gong)作(zuo),排查(cha)隱患,檢查(cha)工(gong)程質量(liang)。就(jiu)是(shi)憑著一(yi)股不怕(pa)累不怕(pa)苦的(de)(de)精神,贏得了工(gong)友(you)們的(de)(de)信(xin)任,出類拔萃的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)業績,博得了領導(dao)的(de)(de)賞識。2012年7月,由于工(gong)作(zuo)需要(yao)調入我礦,2013年3月擔任綜采一(yi)工(gong)區(qu)區(qu)長。
為積極響應礦業公司開(kai)展的(de)“創建200萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)采(cai)煤(mei)隊競賽活動”,李恒盈召集工區班子(zi)認真研究,總結(jie)出制(zhi)約工作面(mian)推(tui)采(cai)的(de)重(zhong)要因(yin)素,并制(zhi)定出針(zhen)對性方法和獎(jiang)懲考核制(zhi)度,有效(xiao)地保證了(le)工作面(mian)的(de)順利快速推(tui)采(cai),實現(xian)了(le)單(dan)工作面(mian)月(yue)產(chan)20萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)的(de)新紀(ji)錄,連續5個月(yue)實現(xian)單(dan)面(mian)原(yuan)煤(mei)5000噸(dun)/天,人工工效(xiao)達到38.31噸(dun)/人。至今,2013年度單(dan)產(chan)單(dan)面(mian)完(wan)(wan)成原(yuan)煤(mei)產(chan)量205萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun),為順利完(wan)(wan)成全年生產(chan)任(ren)務打下(xia)了(le)堅定基礎。
其中(zhong),軟巖(yan)(yan)地質條件(jian)下的(de)(de)工(gong)作面(mian)(mian)對接、工(gong)作面(mian)(mian)過聯絡(luo)巷(xiang)、工(gong)作面(mian)(mian)試(shi)采(cai)(cai)及工(gong)作面(mian)(mian)回撤造條件(jian),都是推(tui)采(cai)(cai)過程中(zhong)遇到(dao)的(de)(de)新(xin)施工(gong)難(nan)題(ti)。面(mian)(mian)對沒有可借(jie)鑒參考的(de)(de)情況,李恒盈(ying)同志深入現場,與職工(gong)共同研究探(tan)討(tao),結合(he)軟巖(yan)(yan)地質下的(de)(de)圍巖(yan)(yan)應力規律,摸索(suo)出“起底三步走”的(de)(de)兩端頭設(she)備快速推(tui)移方法,保證了工(gong)作面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)正常生產。
自(zi)礦(kuang)上推(tui)行(xing)內部(bu)(bu)市場化以來(lai)(lai),李恒盈(ying)積極在工(gong)區內部(bu)(bu)實施,不(bu)斷完善各項管(guan)(guan)理(li)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),職工(gong)積極性得(de)到充分(fen)調(diao)動,成(cheng)本得(de)到有(you)效的(de)控制(zhi)(zhi),走出(chu)一條直接有(you)效成(cheng)本管(guan)(guan)理(li)道路。從材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)方面(mian)來(lai)(lai)說,制(zhi)(zhi)定小型(xing)(xing)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)領取、廢舊材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)回收獎勵的(de)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),從原來(lai)(lai)每(mei)月材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)消耗(hao)超出(chu)噸煤(mei)定額25元的(de)罰款轉變成(cheng)現在節約5元的(de)獎勵;從考核制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)來(lai)(lai)說,每(mei)月工(gong)區堅持(chi)“以點帶(dai)(dai)面(mian)、典型(xing)(xing)引導、整(zheng)體推(tui)進(jin)”的(de)原則,著重抓好自(zi)身先(xian)進(jin)典型(xing)(xing)的(de)“評、選、樹”,用典型(xing)(xing)的(de)先(xian)進(jin)經(jing)驗帶(dai)(dai)動其他班(ban)組(zu)全面(mian)提升,促進(jin)各班(ban)組(zu)健康有(you)序進(jin)行(xing)。
保證職工平平安安上班,是我最大的責任
自(zi)參(can)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來,李(li)恒盈一(yi)直與基層職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)打交(jiao)道,多(duo)年的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實踐使(shi)他深深體會到(dao):抓(zhua)好安(an)全(quan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)不(bu)僅是一(yi)種責任,更是一(yi)種感情,是對職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)兄弟們最大的(de)(de)情、最好的(de)(de)愛。因此,在(zai)區(qu)隊管(guan)理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中,他始終(zhong)堅(jian)(jian)持把(ba)安(an)全(quan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)放在(zai)首(shou)位。每(mei)(mei)次下井,他總(zong)(zong)是第一(yi)個(ge)到(dao)采煤(mei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian),仔細察看工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)的(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)狀(zhuang)況,排除各(ge)種不(bu)安(an)全(quan)隱患后,才讓職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)干活;在(zai)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程中,他認(ren)真執行(xing)質(zhi)(zhi)量精細化標準,加(jia)強(qiang)現(xian)場質(zhi)(zhi)量管(guan)理(li);堅(jian)(jian)持每(mei)(mei)天組織各(ge)生產(chan)班組進行(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程質(zhi)(zhi)量自(zi)檢(jian)(jian)、互(hu)檢(jian)(jian),認(ren)真總(zong)(zong)結工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中存在(zai)的(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)隱患和(he)管(guan)理(li)漏洞(dong),第二天在(zai)班前會上公開考(kao)核,對造(zao)成(cheng)質(zhi)(zhi)量問(wen)題(ti)的(de)(de)責任人,按責任大小(xiao)給(gei)予相(xiang)應的(de)(de)處(chu)理(li),杜絕采面(mian)質(zhi)(zhi)量驗收走過(guo)場、檢(jian)(jian)查留死角、考(kao)核看關系的(de)(de)現(xian)象。
李(li)恒(heng)盈經常這樣教育職(zhi)工(gong):“如果安(an)(an)全(quan)是千(qian)里之堤(di),那隱患就是蟻穴;蟻穴可以(yi)潰千(qian)里之堤(di),安(an)(an)全(quan)必(bi)須(xu)防(fang)微杜漸。”為(wei)(wei)了(le)強化職(zhi)工(gong)安(an)(an)全(quan)無小(xiao)事思想(xiang),他創造性(xing)的(de)提出(chu)了(le)“不安(an)(an)全(quan)行(xing)為(wei)(wei)糾偏(pian)”的(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)管(guan)(guan)理模(mo)式,該制(zhi)度要求班長及以(yi)上(shang)管(guan)(guan)理人員每人每月必(bi)須(xu)完(wan)成10個(ge)以(yi)上(shang)的(de)職(zhi)工(gong)不安(an)(an)全(quan)行(xing)為(wei)(wei)糾偏(pian)指(zhi)標,通過半年(nian)的(de)試驗(yan),效果非常明(ming)顯,全(quan)區隊違章(zhang)率大大降低,尤其行(xing)為(wei)(wei)違章(zhang)得到了(le)有效控制(zhi),從而切實提高了(le)職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)思想(xiang)意(yi)識。
時時刻刻心系廣大職工,是我最大的財富
團隊(dui)的(de)(de)力量是(shi)無窮(qiong)的(de)(de),搞好(hao)區(qu)隊(dui)安全生產,必(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)須在(zai)帶好(hao)隊(dui)伍、凝聚人(ren)心(xin)上狠下功夫。在(zai)日(ri)常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中,李恒盈(ying)充(chong)分發(fa)揮情(qing)(qing)感優勢,把每(mei)一(yi)名(ming)(ming)(ming)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)都當成自己的(de)(de)親(qin)兄(xiong)弟,在(zai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)上給(gei)予大(da)(da)力幫(bang)助,對(dui)生活有困(kun)難的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)給(gei)予大(da)(da)力支持。為(wei)很好(hao)地(di)掌握區(qu)隊(dui)每(mei)名(ming)(ming)(ming)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)生活情(qing)(qing)況,他發(fa)動工(gong)(gong)區(qu)管(guan)理人(ren)員在(zai)全區(qu)率先建立了職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)幫(bang)扶機制(zhi),對(dui)區(qu)隊(dui)每(mei)名(ming)(ming)(ming)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)做到了“四清楚(chu)、五必(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)幫(bang)、六必(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)”,即:對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)家(jia)庭情(qing)(qing)況清楚(chu)、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)優缺點清楚(chu)、個人(ren)愛好(hao)特長(chang)(chang)清楚(chu)、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)技能清楚(chu);工(gong)(gong)傷病號必(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)幫(bang)、生活困(kun)難必(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)幫(bang)、婚喪嫁娶必(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)幫(bang)、家(jia)庭發(fa)生意外必(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)幫(bang)、新工(gong)(gong)人(ren)入區(qu)必(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)幫(bang);職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)三違(wei)必(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)、出勤不正常必(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)、情(qing)(qing)緒反常必(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)、完(wan)不成任(ren)務必(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)、人(ren)際關系緊張(zhang)必(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)、受到各類處分必(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)。李恒盈(ying)先后(hou)走訪職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)、談(tan)(tan)(tan)心(xin)100多次,幫(bang)助16名(ming)(ming)(ming)后(hou)進的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)甩掉了落后(hou)的(de)(de)帽子,使4名(ming)(ming)(ming)違(wei)章(zhang)大(da)(da)王變成了安全能手,被大(da)(da)家(jia)親(qin)切的(de)(de)稱為(wei)“知(zhi)心(xin)區(qu)長(chang)(chang)”。
“道雖(sui)(sui)通不行(xing)不至,事雖(sui)(sui)小不為不成(cheng)”,李(li)恒盈同志正是憑著這種扎(zha)實務實的(de)工作作風,充分體現了(le)一名共產黨(dang)員的(de)先鋒模范作用和煤(mei)礦工人特別(bie)能戰(zhan)斗(dou)的(de)精神,在平凡(fan)的(de)崗位上用實際行(xing)動詮釋著新時期的(de)共產黨(dang)員的(de)高(gao)尚情懷。
