該礦(kuang)嚴(yan)(yan)(yan)格(ge)(ge)對照能(neng)源(yuan)集團(tuan)安(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)攻堅(jian)行(xing)動啟動會中指出的“七(qi)大嚴(yan)(yan)(yan)重問題(ti)”“六個(ge)深刻反思(si)”進行(xing)自我剖析,統(tong)一思(si)想、凝聚共識,以思(si)想高(gao)境界、工(gong)作(zuo)高(gao)標準、落(luo)實高(gao)效率和嚴(yan)(yan)(yan)干部(bu)、嚴(yan)(yan)(yan)流程、嚴(yan)(yan)(yan)小事的“三高(gao)三嚴(yan)(yan)(yan)”要求(qiu)全(quan)面落(luo)實礦(kuang)井安(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)主體責任(ren)。嚴(yan)(yan)(yan)格(ge)(ge)執(zhi)行(xing)礦(kuang)領導帶班(ban)、值(zhi)班(ban)、應(ying)急值(zhi)守、安(an)(an)全(quan)包保、請銷假等制度,確保特殊時(shi)期礦(kuang)井安(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan),切實把“生(sheng)(sheng)命至上、安(an)(an)全(quan)第一”的理念落(luo)到實處,增強抓(zhua)好安(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)工(gong)作(zuo)的政治(zhi)責任(ren)感(gan)(gan)和使命感(gan)(gan)。
該礦堅(jian)持(chi)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)導向,刀刃向內,嚴(yan)(yan)格管控各類安全風險。針對影響(xiang)安全生產的頂(ding)板、提升運輸(shu)、“一通三防(fang)”等薄弱環(huan)節,加大現場監(jian)督管理(li)(li)力度,對暴露的苗頭性、傾(qing)向性安全問(wen)(wen)題(ti),放大分(fen)析、超前問(wen)(wen)責。對安全隱(yin)(yin)患,深層剖析、從嚴(yan)(yan)追究,堅(jian)決杜絕重(zhong)大隱(yin)(yin)患。同(tong)時,嚴(yan)(yan)格執(zhi)行(xing)對標、對規檢查(cha)(cha)工作(zuo)制度,安全生產管理(li)(li)人(ren)員與(yu)跟班安監(jian)員執(zhi)行(xing)“雙向溯源”考(kao)核機制,對查(cha)(cha)出的隱(yin)(yin)患問(wen)(wen)題(ti),全程(cheng)跟蹤落實整改,嚴(yan)(yan)格閉環(huan)管理(li)(li)。
