望(wang)(wang)田(tian)煤業(ye)是龍(long)礦集團在(zai)山(shan)西投資建(jian)(jian)設的(de)第(di)(di)三(san)對礦井(jing)(jing),核定生(sheng)產(chan)能(neng)力120萬噸/年,2011年7月開始技改,2014年建(jian)(jian)成投產(chan),2016年跨入(ru)特(te)級高產(chan)高效礦井(jing)(jing)序列,2018年6月順利(li)通過國家(jia)一(yi)級安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)標(biao)準化(hua)礦井(jing)(jing)驗(yan)收。2019年5月建(jian)(jian)成山(shan)西省的(de)第(di)(di)二個薄(bo)煤層智能(neng)化(hua)工作面。近年來,望(wang)(wang)田(tian)煤業(ye)以建(jian)(jian)設“安(an)全(quan)高效礦井(jing)(jing)”目(mu)標(biao)為引(yin)領,以精細化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)作為提升礦井(jing)(jing)高質(zhi)量發展(zhan)的(de)第(di)(di)一(yi)選(xuan)擇(ze),創新開展(zhan)精細管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)模式,將精細化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)理(li)(li)(li)(li)念貫穿整個安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)經營管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)全(quan)過程,做到“事(shi)事(shi)有(you)(you)人管(guan)(guan)(guan)、人人有(you)(you)事(shi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)有(you)(you)標(biao)準、操(cao)作有(you)(you)規(gui)范”的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)格局(ju),形成具有(you)(you)望(wang)(wang)田(tian)特(te)色的(de)精細化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)模式。
一、將(jiang)精(jing)細化融(rong)入安(an)(an)全管理,在打造價值(zhi)認同和標準(zhun)規范中引領安(an)(an)全發展(zhan)
安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)是煤礦(kuang)的“天字號”大事。我們在(zai)加強京广航影视建設的大環(huan)境下,積(ji)極培育和(he)發展(zhan)以人為(wei)本,安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)為(wei)首的安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)文化(hua),以文化(hua)為(wei)引領(ling),牢樹“一個(ge)(ge)理(li)(li)念(nian)”,構建“三個(ge)(ge)體系(xi)”,解決“三個(ge)(ge)問題”,用文化(hua)鑄造安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)盾牌(pai),形成精細化(hua)管理(li)(li)共識,實現了員工(gong)家庭幸福與企(qi)業經濟效益的同(tong)步發展(zhan)。
1.牢樹“一個理(li)(li)(li)念”。就是(shi)“讓(rang)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)成為(wei)習慣,讓(rang)習慣符合(he)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)”的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化理(li)(li)(li)念。一是(shi)做到文化理(li)(li)(li)念培(pei)育與員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)價值行為(wei)的(de)(de)統(tong)一。把員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)的(de)(de)“良心活(huo)”提升為(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)的(de)(de)“規范(fan)活(huo)”,把員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)的(de)(de)感(gan)恩行為(wei)固(gu)化為(wei)操作標(biao)(biao)準(zhun),使(shi)(shi)精(jing)(jing)細(xi)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)文化更(geng)容易、更(geng)自(zi)覺地被廣大員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)所(suo)理(li)(li)(li)解和接受(shou)。二是(shi)做到管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)目(mu)標(biao)(biao)與員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)需求的(de)(de)統(tong)一。在標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、規范(fan)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)基(ji)礎上,我們通過實施人本管(guan)理(li)(li)(li),引入親情(qing)元(yuan)素,改善(shan)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)心智模式,讓(rang)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)在物質上受(shou)益、精(jing)(jing)神上滿足,使(shi)(shi)企業經(jing)營發(fa)展目(mu)標(biao)(biao)體現(xian)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)的(de)(de)意(yi)愿(yuan),轉化為(wei)廣大員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)的(de)(de)統(tong)一目(mu)標(biao)(biao)并愿(yuan)意(yi)為(wei)此(ci)去努力,做到落(luo)實工(gong)作無盲點,使(shi)(shi)富有特色的(de)(de)精(jing)(jing)細(xi)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)文化在公司落(luo)地生(sheng)根、開(kai)花結果。
2.構建“三個(ge)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)”。一是(shi)著(zhu)力(li)(li)構建“安(an)(an)全精(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)責(ze)任體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)”將(jiang)《安(an)(an)全精(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)標準(zhun)》分解到(dao)專業(ye),規范到(dao)班(ban)組,細(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)到(dao)崗(gang)位(wei),現(xian)場管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)人(ren)員目標明確、分工(gong)細(xi)(xi)致(zhi)、指導到(dao)位(wei)、考核(he)嚴格;崗(gang)位(wei)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)人(ren)員標準(zhun)熟悉、責(ze)任清楚、行為(wei)規范、操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)熟練,做到(dao)“上(shang)(shang)標準(zhun)崗(gang),干標準(zhun)活”,形成(cheng)了從(cong)(cong)上(shang)(shang)到(dao)下逐級(ji)落實、層(ceng)層(ceng)負責(ze)的(de)標準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)。二是(shi)著(zhu)力(li)(li)構建“安(an)(an)全德善(shan)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)”。扎實踐行“尊(zun)嚴文化(hua)(hua)(hua)”,把(ba)“德善(shan)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)”融匯到(dao)“尊(zun)嚴文化(hua)(hua)(hua)”之中,大力(li)(li)倡樹(shu)抓好安(an)(an)全就(jiu)是(shi)積(ji)德行善(shan),實現(xian)安(an)(an)全生(sheng)產(chan)就(jiu)是(shi)讓職工(gong)享受最大尊(zun)嚴的(de)精(jing)(jing)神。全礦副科(ke)級(ji)以(yi)上(shang)(shang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)人(ren)員輪流(liu)到(dao)區(qu)隊(dui)宣講,通過(guo)班(ban)前會、談心、聊(liao)天(tian)等不同(tong)方式傳播精(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)與(yu)(yu)區(qu)隊(dui)效益、安(an)(an)全生(sheng)產(chan)之間的(de)關系(xi)(xi)(xi),將(jiang)其作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)轉變(bian)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風、改變(bian)員工(gong)的(de)心智模式、矯正不安(an)(an)全行為(wei)習慣的(de)切入點和突破口,逐步培養職工(gong)的(de)精(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)意識,掌(zhang)握安(an)(an)全知識,提高操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)技能,最大限度的(de)滿足安(an)(an)全生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)需要。三是(shi)著(zhu)力(li)(li)構建“班(ban)組精(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)”。在(zai)實施精(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)過(guo)程(cheng)中,公(gong)司劃(hua)小核(he)算單位(wei)、把(ba)班(ban)組建設作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)保(bao)安(an)(an)全、降成(cheng)本、提質量、創(chuang)效益、建文化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)主(zhu)抓手,實施素質提升工(gong)程(cheng),致(zhi)力(li)(li)打造“員工(gong)自(zi)律、班(ban)組自(zi)主(zhu)、區(qu)隊(dui)自(zi)控、崗(gang)位(wei)增(zeng)值,精(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)”的(de)班(ban)組管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)模式。建立了從(cong)(cong)員工(gong)到(dao)班(ban)組、區(qu)隊(dui)、專業(ye)、公(gong)司五個(ge)層(ceng)面自(zi)下而(er)上(shang)(shang)的(de)精(jing)(jing)益生(sheng)產(chan)覆(fu)蓋體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi),規范了100多個(ge)崗(gang)位(wei)工(gong)種精(jing)(jing)益生(sheng)產(chan)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)流(liu)程(cheng),制定(ding)了128個(ge)崗(gang)位(wei)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)規范。通過(guo)精(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)ABC三卡(ka)對員工(gong)崗(gang)位(wei)進行價(jia)值考核(he),增(zeng)強員工(gong)實現(xian)崗(gang)位(wei)增(zeng)值、個(ge)人(ren)價(jia)值的(de)自(zi)覺性,使被(bei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)者成(cheng)為(wei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)參與(yu)(yu)者,促進全員參與(yu)(yu)精(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)。
3.解(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)“三個(ge)問題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)”:一(yi)是(shi)解(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)難落(luo)(luo)實(shi)(shi)的(de)問題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti),建立起了(le)“全(quan)(quan)礦-專業-單位(wei)-班組-個(ge)人”的(de)五級(ji)(ji)精細化管(guan)理(li)責任落(luo)(luo)實(shi)(shi)體系,按照一(yi)級(ji)(ji)帶著一(yi)級(ji)(ji)干,一(yi)級(ji)(ji)做(zuo)給一(yi)級(ji)(ji)看,一(yi)級(ji)(ji)抓一(yi)級(ji)(ji),一(yi)級(ji)(ji)為一(yi)級(ji)(ji)負責的(de)工(gong)作機制,將(jiang)責任落(luo)(luo)實(shi)(shi)到(dao)(dao)每(mei)一(yi)名(ming)員工(gong),解(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)安(an)全(quan)(quan)精細管(guan)理(li)難落(luo)(luo)實(shi)(shi)的(de)問題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)。二是(shi)解(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)統一(yi)協(xie)(xie)調難的(de)問題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)。各方力(li)量(liang)得(de)到(dao)(dao)協(xie)(xie)同(tong),內(nei)耗大大減少,管(guan)理(li)質量(liang)和(he)效率得(de)到(dao)(dao)大幅(fu)度提高,解(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)安(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)理(li)協(xie)(xie)同(tong)脫節的(de)問題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)。三是(shi)解(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)獎(jiang)懲(cheng)激勵(li)(li)發揮不(bu)到(dao)(dao)位(wei)的(de)問題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)。通過實(shi)(shi)施安(an)全(quan)(quan)切塊工(gong)資,激發了(le)干部(bu)員工(gong)的(de)積極(ji)性,使安(an)全(quan)(quan)獎(jiang)懲(cheng)手段(duan)發揮出最大效力(li),解(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)安(an)全(quan)(quan)獎(jiang)懲(cheng)激勵(li)(li)效力(li)不(bu)高的(de)問題(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)。
二、將精細(xi)化(hua)融入現(xian)場管(guan)理,在推進安(an)全生產標準化(hua)建設中打造精品工程
精細化(hua)管理的落腳點是(shi)現(xian)場,現(xian)場管理是(shi)企業(ye)管理的根本,更是(shi)企業(ye)的效益所在。在現(xian)場管理上我們創新工(gong)(gong)作思路,突(tu)出“一(yi)個中心”、打造“兩大(da)工(gong)(gong)程”、強化(hua)“三個注重”,實現(xian)了(le)安全生產精細化(hua)。
1.突出“一(yi)(yi)個(ge)中心”。即突出安全(quan)生(sheng)產標(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為中心。一(yi)(yi)是抓(zhua)標(biao)準(zhun)。公司(si)制定(ding)精(jing)(jing)品標(biao)準(zhun),推(tui)進“巷道一(yi)(yi)次(ci)成型、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)一(yi)(yi)次(ci)達(da)標(biao)、質(zhi)(zhi)量一(yi)(yi)勞(lao)永逸”,全(quan)力打造“精(jing)(jing)品工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)”;從(cong)管(guan)理(li)(li)干部到(dao)現場職工(gong)(gong),人人都(dou)管(guan)事(shi)、事(shi)事(shi)有人管(guan)、事(shi)事(shi)有標(biao)準(zhun),真正達(da)到(dao)“ 樹一(yi)(yi)個(ge)樣(yang)板,帶一(yi)(yi)批精(jing)(jing)品” 的(de)目的(de)。二是抓(zhua)細節(jie)。從(cong)源頭(tou)抓(zhua)起,從(cong)細節(jie)抓(zhua)起,對每件事(shi)、每個(ge)過程(cheng)、每道工(gong)(gong)序,都(dou)做(zuo)到(dao)嚴格控(kong)(kong)制、考核和監督(du),如管(guan)線(xian)(xian)吊掛(gua)(gua)用尺具(ju)量、軌道敷設用卡具(ju)、錨(mao)桿安裝(zhuang)拉線(xian)(xian)繩等,每項施(shi)工(gong)(gong)都(dou)按照對標(biao)管(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)原(yuan)則嚴格把關,做(zuo)到(dao)標(biao)準(zhun)更高(gao),要求更嚴,確(que)保工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質(zhi)(zhi)量、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)質(zhi)(zhi)量、文(wen)明生(sheng)產保持靜態、動(dong)(dong)態、常(chang)態達(da)標(biao)。三(san)是重實(shi)效(xiao)。在(zai)采、掘(jue)、機、運、通各系(xi)統(tong)內在(zai)質(zhi)(zhi)量達(da)標(biao)的(de)基(ji)礎上,推(tui)行精(jing)(jing)細化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)“ 十化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)” 作(zuo)業。即:“采掘(jue)質(zhi)(zhi)量精(jing)(jing)品化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、班組崗位示范化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、設備(bei)安裝(zhuang)精(jing)(jing)細化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、安全(quan)監控(kong)(kong)數字化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、系(xi)統(tong)運轉自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、煤炭開采智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、牌(pai)板標(biao)識規范化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、管(guan)線(xian)(xian)吊掛(gua)(gua)直線(xian)(xian)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、物料(liao)碼(ma)放(fang)定(ding)置化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、設備(bei)管(guan)理(li)(li)編碼(ma)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)”,以優質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)精(jing)(jing)品工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)助(zhu)推(tui)安全(quan)生(sheng)產。上半年公司(si)實(shi)現了零(ling)工(gong)(gong)傷和非人身事(shi)故(gu)零(ling)目標(biao)。
去年6月(yue)份,順利通過了國家一級(ji)標準化(hua)礦井驗收,得到驗收組領導“望田可作安全生產標準化(hua)樣板礦”的一致贊(zan)譽,為能(neng)源集團爭得了榮譽,樹立了企業品牌。
2.打造“兩大工(gong)程”:即(ji)平(ping)安(an)(an)(an)工(gong)程和自(zi)主(zhu)保安(an)(an)(an)工(gong)程。一是打造安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)精細化平(ping)安(an)(an)(an)工(gong)程。為(wei)員(yuan)工(gong)創造安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)環境,取(qu)消(xiao)夜班(ban),努(nu)力(li)把(ba)員(yuan)工(gong)從(cong)危險環境和繁重勞動(dong)中解(jie)放出來,徹底消(xiao)滅(mie)薄弱班(ban)次的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)隱患(huan),充分(fen)體(ti)現(xian)真正(zheng)意義上的(de)(de)(de)“以(yi)人(ren)為(wei)本”內涵。同時,取(qu)消(xiao)夜班(ban)之(zhi)后,減少現(xian)場作業人(ren)員(yuan)達76人(ren),我們用提高效率的(de)(de)(de)方式彌補原煤產(chan)(chan)量和掘(jue)進(jin)進(jin)尺,保持單產(chan)(chan)單進(jin)水平(ping)不降(jiang)低。掘(jue)進(jin)延米效率不降(jiang)反升,提高了40%。二是打造安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)精細化全(quan)員(yuan)自(zi)主(zhu)保安(an)(an)(an)工(gong)程。開展“崗(gang)位(wei)雙(shuang)述(shu)”活動(dong),在(zai)全(quan)礦所有工(gong)種(zhong)、崗(gang)位(wei)中,堅持落實手指口述(shu)的(de)(de)(de)基礎上,推行崗(gang)位(wei)描述(shu),讓(rang)職工(gong)對(dui)自(zi)己(ji)崗(gang)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)職責范(fan)圍、工(gong)作標準、崗(gang)位(wei)技能、設備性(xing)能、崗(gang)位(wei)環境、事(shi)故(gu)預(yu)防做到(dao)正(zheng)確(que)無誤的(de)(de)(de)描述(shu),以(yi)實現(xian)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)注(zhu)意力(li)和物的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)管理高度(du)一致,從(cong)而達到(dao)避免違章、消(xiao)除隱患(huan)、杜絕(jue)事(shi)故(gu),保障施工(gong)及操作安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),從(cong)根本提高職工(gong)自(zi)主(zhu)保安(an)(an)(an)意識(shi)、正(zheng)規操作意識(shi)。

1.依托“一(yi)個載體”:以創新工作室為載體,發明(ming)創造,技(ji)術攻關,培育人才(cai)。上半年(nian),機(ji)運工區借助高技(ji)能人才(cai)創新工作室平(ping)臺,完成創新和改(gai)革項(xiang)目10項(xiang),節(jie)約(yue)生產成本約(yue)35萬元。

3.注重(zhong)“三個(ge)結合(he)(he)”:一(yi)是注重(zhong)與安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)相(xiang)結合(he)(he),著力(li)構(gou)建(jian)(jian)科技支(zhi)撐體(ti)系,針(zhen)對影(ying)響威脅安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)突出問題(ti),進行科技攻關,有效(xiao)(xiao)地提(ti)高了(le)現場(chang)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)科技保障能(neng)力(li)。無(wu)(wu)人機(ji)(ji)巡線,兩個(ge)人一(yi)天(tian)就完成了(le)原來(lai)四個(ge)人一(yi)周的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)量;氣動(dong)擋車桿及報警裝置,解(jie)決了(le)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)操作(zuo)(zuo)繁(fan)瑣、安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)無(wu)(wu)法(fa)保證(zheng)的(de)(de)問題(ti);綜合(he)(he)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺的(de)(de)搭建(jian)(jian),實(shi)現了(le)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)井安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)數據(ju)即時(shi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)活動(dong)可(ke)視化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),保證(zheng)了(le)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)井的(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)。二(er)是注重(zhong)與現場(chang)實(shi)際相(xiang)結合(he)(he),加快“ 智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)慧礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)井”建(jian)(jian)設(she),拓展安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)“大數據(ju)”應用,用科技創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)加快“機(ji)(ji)器(qi)換人”,減輕員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)勞動(dong)強度。今(jin)年(nian)五月份建(jian)(jian)成了(le)龍礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)集團首(shou)套薄煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)層智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面。生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序由原來(lai)的(de)(de)2名司機(ji)(ji)跟(gen)機(ji)(ji)操作(zuo)(zuo)、3名支(zhi)架(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)分段跟(gen)機(ji)(ji)拉架(jia),變(bian)為(wei)2人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面巡視,比普通工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面減少(shao)9人,正常回采(cai)期(qi)(qi)間(jian)每(mei)班僅需要(yao)7人,一(yi)天(tian)下(xia)(xia)(xia)來(lai)減少(shao)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)和(he)檢修人員達(da)18人。智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)開采(cai),改變(bian)了(le)傳統煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)炭開采(cai)方式,改變(bian)了(le)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人的(de)(de)心(xin)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)模式,使(shi)他們(men)由過(guo)去的(de)(de)下(xia)(xia)(xia)井挖(wa)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)的(de)(de)“煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)黑子”變(bian)成了(le)現在(zai)(zai)坐在(zai)(zai)辦公室操作(zuo)(zuo)電腦的(de)(de)“文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)人”,開啟龍礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)集團智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)開采(cai)新(xin)(xin)時(shi)代(dai)。三是注重(zhong)與提(ti)質增(zeng)(zeng)效(xiao)(xiao)相(xiang)結合(he)(he),實(shi)施“一(yi)提(ti)雙優(you)(you)”工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程,推(tui)進礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)井裝備升(sheng)級,優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)系統,實(shi)現生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)方式變(bian)革(ge)。優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)井下(xia)(xia)(xia)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)炭運輸系統后,7部膠(jiao)帶(dai)機(ji)(ji)減為(wei)4部,運距縮短1.8公里,遠(yuan)期(qi)(qi)釋放(fang)效(xiao)(xiao)益約2100萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan);優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重(zhong)復采(cai)動(dong)條件下(xia)(xia)(xia)高壓鐵塔區域的(de)(de)開采(cai)方案(an),使(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面增(zeng)(zeng)加儲量46萬(wan)(wan)噸;優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)二(er)采(cai)區11號煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)聯(lian)合(he)(he)布置增(zeng)(zeng)加儲量15.4萬(wan)(wan)噸,遠(yuan)期(qi)(qi)釋放(fang)效(xiao)(xiao)益約1640多萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan);優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)13211采(cai)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,可(ke)多回收64萬(wan)(wan)噸,增(zeng)(zeng)加效(xiao)(xiao)益6400萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)。膠(jiao)帶(dai)機(ji)(ji)集控、變(bian)電所泵(beng)(beng)房無(wu)(wu)人值守、薄煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)層智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面等一(yi)大批“一(yi)提(ti)雙優(you)(you)”創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)項(xiang)目已(yi)經落地,實(shi)現了(le)井下(xia)(xia)(xia)膠(jiao)帶(dai)機(ji)(ji)、泵(beng)(beng)房、變(bian)電所、地面煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)場(chang)遠(yuan)程遙(yao)控,減少(shao)崗位工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)29人。做到了(le)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)管(guan)控可(ke)視化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),監(jian)測監(jian)控全(quan)(quan)息化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、故障診(zhen)斷智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)山開采(cai)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)慧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)。
推行精細化(hua)管(guan)(guan)理,放大了企業管(guan)(guan)理效能(neng),樹立了企業品(pin)牌,公(gong)司先后被授予“國家一級安(an)全(quan)生產(chan)標準化(hua)礦井(jing)”“特級安(an)全(quan)高效礦井(jing)”,“忻州市煤炭工作(zuo)先進集體”,“能(neng)源集團(tuan)先進單位”、“集團(tuan)公(gong)司文明單位”、保德縣(xian)“五一”勞動(dong)獎狀等(deng)榮譽稱號。
