按照山東能源“一提雙優”工作部署,高煤公司加快推進新舊動能轉換,堅持以“費效比”論證保安升級,從安全性、效率性、效益性開展工作,推動綜掘工作面工藝工序變革,以MB670掘錨護一體機引進應用為契機,按照集團公司“定位要高、標準要高、系統要優、技術要精”的要求,在3下1104運輸(shu)巷沿空(kong)送巷區段進行(xing)了(le)高效(xiao)快(kuai)掘(jue)一條線(xian)創(chuang)(chuang)建,并于3月21日(ri)-4月21日(ri)期間(jian)開展高效(xiao)快(kuai)掘(jue)創(chuang)(chuang)水(shui)平活動(dong),在取消夜(ye)班的基礎上,創(chuang)(chuang)出日(ri)單進23米,總(zong)進尺646米的好(hao)成績,主要經驗(yan)做法(fa)匯報(bao)如下。
一、巷道概況
3下1104運輸巷布置在西十一采區3下煤層中,煤層厚度3.2m~5.0m,平均3.9m,設計長度1624m,煤巖層產狀較穩定,所處地層總體為一單斜構造,走向228°,傾向318°。標高-454.1m~-479.2m,煤巖層傾角最小6°,最大20°,平均13°左右。該巷道兩面采空區下沿空掘進,頂板上覆3上1102工作面采空區,距采空區巖柱厚度為2.0~7.0m,平均4.7m,上幫沿3下1102采空區運輸巷,沿采空區側有4個積水區,預計積水量7622m3,根據3上1102運輸巷、3上1104工作面和3下1102運輸巷等周邊采掘揭露情況,3下1104運輸巷揭露斷層24條;3下1104工(gong)作面運輸巷具有沖擊地(di)(di)壓危險(xian),局(ju)部為中級沖擊地(di)(di)壓危險(xian)區域。
二、MB670-1型掘錨(mao)機(ji)簡介
我們(men)這次引進應(ying)(ying)用(yong)的MB670-1型掘(jue)(jue)(jue)錨(mao)護一(yi)(yi)體(ti)機(ji)(ji)為第(di)三(san)代掘(jue)(jue)(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji),該(gai)機(ji)(ji)配備6臺機(ji)(ji)載液壓錨(mao)桿機(ji)(ji),其(qi)中4臺用(yong)于頂(ding)板支護,2臺用(yong)于幫部支護,并自帶(dai)用(yong)于臨時(shi)支護的液壓支撐架,防塵(chen)高壓水噴霧(wu)系統和濕(shi)式(shi)除塵(chen)系統。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)型與(yu)(yu)第(di)二代相比具(ju)有(you)以下優點,一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)截(jie)割部升(sheng)級為可(ke)伸縮(suo)(suo)式(shi)截(jie)割部,切(qie)(qie)(qie)割時(shi)將截(jie)割部伸出,切(qie)(qie)(qie)割后(hou)將伸縮(suo)(suo)部收(shou)回,減(jian)小了(le)(le)截(jie)割部與(yu)(yu)迎頭煤壁的距離,減(jian)小切(qie)(qie)(qie)割后(hou)控頂(ding)距1米,使控頂(ding)面積(ji)縮(suo)(suo)小、實現了(le)(le)壓力(li)區有(you)效及時(shi)支護。二是(shi)(shi)掘(jue)(jue)(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)一(yi)(yi)運機(ji)(ji)頭卸(xie)載部優化(hua)為擺動式(shi),可(ke)左(zuo)右(you)擺動36°,拐彎(wan)施(shi)工時(shi)可(ke)調(diao)整一(yi)(yi)運角度(du),實現拐彎(wan)運輸(shu),第(di)一(yi)(yi)代掘(jue)(jue)(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)全長15m,第(di)三(san)代掘(jue)(jue)(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)全長11m,機(ji)(ji)身縮(suo)(suo)短了(le)(le),拐彎(wan)施(shi)工更(geng)靈(ling)活(huo)、適應(ying)(ying)性更(geng)強。三(san)是(shi)(shi)爬(pa)坡能(neng)力(li)強,最大(da)爬(pa)坡能(neng)力(li)15°,與(yu)(yu)調(diao)研掘(jue)(jue)(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)型能(neng)力(li)提(ti)高50%。四是(shi)(shi)具(ju)有(you)左(zuo)右(you)平衡(heng)監測功能(neng),當機(ji)(ji)體(ti)左(zuo)右(you)傾角大(da)于±4°時(shi),自動停機(ji)(ji)閉鎖,保障了(le)(le)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割質量。
掘錨(mao)機采用(yong)無線遙控(kong)(kong)實(shi)現(xian)切(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye),作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)時(shi)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)人員(yuan)在切(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)護板后通過屏(ping)幕觀(guan)察操(cao)(cao)作(zuo),全斷面(mian)截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)、一(yi)次成巷,自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)水(shui)平位置和巷道的截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)高(gao)(gao)度,掏槽與截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)過程實(shi)現(xian)全自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)人員(yuan)更安全,在迎頭截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)時(shi)可以頂幫同時(shi)進行錨(mao)桿支護作(zuo)業(ye)(ye),實(shi)現(xian)截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)、裝載、運(yun)輸和錨(mao)護平行作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)。切(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)效率明顯(xian)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao),與第二代掘錨(mao)機相比,每循環(huan)截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)時(shi)間由11分鐘(zhong)縮短至5分鐘(zhong),切(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)效率提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)54.5%。
三、注重科(ke)學論(lun)證,進行“支(zhi)護變革”
在支護上(shang)我們聯合(he)(he)中國礦(kuang)業大(da)(da)學(xue)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)技(ji)術(shu)攻關(guan),根(gen)據巷道空間位置關(guan)系、工(gong)程地質特征、地應(ying)力分布(bu)(bu)規律及頂(ding)板(ban)(ban)巖(yan)層(ceng)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)系統論(lun)證,在“有(you)效承載層(ceng)厚度(du)(du)(du)”的頂(ding)板(ban)(ban)疊加梁(liang)理論(lun)假(jia)說(shuo)基礎上(shang),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)煤巷頂(ding)板(ban)(ban)疊合(he)(he)巖(yan)梁(liang)內力、組合(he)(he)巖(yan)梁(liang)內力計算,對錨(mao)(mao)(mao)固(gu)前后巖(yan)梁(liang)內力進(jin)(jin)行(xing)對比(bi)分析,不斷(duan)優化支護參數(shu),制定了(le)(le)“高(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)、低密(mi)度(du)(du)(du)”支護技(ji)術(shu)方案。正(zheng)常情況(kuang)下頂(ding)板(ban)(ban)巖(yan)柱厚度(du)(du)(du)大(da)(da)于(yu)6米(mi)(mi)(mi)時,頂(ding)幫支護采用(yong)直徑22毫(hao)米(mi)(mi)(mi)、長度(du)(du)(du)2.8米(mi)(mi)(mi)的細螺(luo)紋高(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)螺(luo)紋鋼(gang)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(右旋,Q600),設計扭(niu)矩400牛·米(mi)(mi)(mi),頂(ding)板(ban)(ban)每排(pai)(pai)布(bu)(bu)置6棵(ke)(ke)(ke)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan),幫部每排(pai)(pai)布(bu)(bu)置4棵(ke)(ke)(ke)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan),頂(ding)部隔一排(pai)(pai)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)布(bu)(bu)置一排(pai)(pai)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)索(suo),每排(pai)(pai)布(bu)(bu)置4棵(ke)(ke)(ke)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)索(suo),“高(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)、低密(mi)度(du)(du)(du)”支護方式(shi)(shi)較原支護方式(shi)(shi)相比(bi),頂(ding)板(ban)(ban)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)排(pai)(pai)距由(you)(you)0.8米(mi)(mi)(mi)增(zeng)加到2米(mi)(mi)(mi),幫部錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)排(pai)(pai)距由(you)(you)0.8米(mi)(mi)(mi)增(zeng)加到1米(mi)(mi)(mi),同時錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)間距均由(you)(you)0.8米(mi)(mi)(mi)擴大(da)(da)到1米(mi)(mi)(mi),優化后每米(mi)(mi)(mi)巷道錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)支護數(shu)量由(you)(you)21.25棵(ke)(ke)(ke)減(jian)少到11棵(ke)(ke)(ke),錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)施工(gong)數(shu)量降低48.2%,支護效率(lv)明顯提高(gao)。
當頂板完整巖(yan)柱厚度(du)(du)大于5米(mi)(mi)(mi)小(xiao)于6米(mi)(mi)(mi)時(shi),在“正(zheng)常條件(jian)下支(zhi)護技術方案”基(ji)礎上,在每排(pai)錨(mao)桿(gan)與錨(mao)索之間補打4根注漿(jiang)錨(mao)(規(gui)(gui)格(ge)為(wei)Φ22×4500-5500mm);當掘進(jin)(jin)遇斷層破碎帶時(shi),應確保頂板巖(yan)柱厚度(du)(du)不小(xiao)于6米(mi)(mi)(mi),且應破底(di)掘進(jin)(jin)施(shi)工,并及時(shi)縮(suo)小(xiao)間排(pai)距,迎頭(tou)打超前(qian)(qian)錨(mao)桿(gan)配合木板梁(liang)超前(qian)(qian)支(zhi)護,迎頭(tou)后每排(pai)錨(mao)桿(gan)與錨(mao)索之間補打6根注漿(jiang)錨(mao)(規(gui)(gui)格(ge)為(wei)Φ22×5300mm)加強支(zhi)護,巖(yan)柱厚度(du)(du)小(xiao)于5米(mi)(mi)(mi)時(shi),在原有支(zhi)護的基(ji)礎上加扶可伸縮(suo)“U”型(xing)棚加強支(zhi)護。
為了驗證“高強度、低密度”支護在3下煤層巷道(dao)(dao)支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)狀(zhuang)態、質(zhi)量、強度等使用(yong)效果,我們在該(gai)巷道(dao)(dao)布置了礦壓監(jian)測站(zhan),在錨桿、錨索(suo)的末端分區段安裝了應力(li)動態監(jian)測系(xi)統(tong),對頂幫變形、錨索(suo)張緊力(li)巷道(dao)(dao)圍巖內部裂(lie)隙(xi)變化規(gui)律(lv)進行監(jian)測,掌(zhang)握(wo)支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)效果,對支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)方式進行驗證(zheng),確保支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)安全可靠。
四(si)、注重人(ren)機匹(pi)配,進行(xing)“三個”優(you)化(hua)
為發揮MB670-1型掘錨(mao)護(hu)一體機,切割(ge)、支護(hu)、運輸平行高(gao)(gao)效作業(ye)性能,我們綜(zong)合施(shi)策,對運煤流程、輔助運輸、勞動組織進行優化(hua),實現人機匹(pi)配,煤流、物料雙系統高(gao)(gao)效運輸。
(一(yi))運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)煤(mei)流(liu)程優化。應(ying)用LY2000型連續(xu)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)車與MB670-1型掘(jue)錨(mao)護一(yi)體機(ji)(ji)(ji)配套運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)煤(mei),該設(she)備由帶式轉(zhuan)載(zai)(zai)(zai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、履(lv)帶式轉(zhuan)載(zai)(zai)(zai)破碎(sui)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、及剛(gang)性皮帶機(ji)(ji)(ji)架組合。平均運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)能(neng)力(li)達到800t/h,連續(xu)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)車前端為3噸(dun)接煤(mei)緩沖(chong)(chong)倉(cang)(cang),起到煤(mei)流(liu)匹配的作用,迎頭切割出煤(mei)時緊(jin)跟掘(jue)錨(mao)護一(yi)體機(ji)(ji)(ji),煤(mei)流(liu)經(jing)掘(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)一(yi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun),連續(xu)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)車煤(mei)緩沖(chong)(chong)倉(cang)(cang)煤(mei)流(liu)經(jing)轉(zhuan)載(zai)(zai)(zai)破碎(sui)機(ji)(ji)(ji)破碎(sui)、進(jin)入帶式轉(zhuan)載(zai)(zai)(zai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、膠帶輸(shu)(shu)送機(ji)(ji)(ji),形成(cheng)連續(xu)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)系統(tong)。同(tong)時對煤(mei)塊進(jin)行破碎(sui),消除(chu)了大塊煤(mei)矸(gan)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)隱(yin)患和堵倉(cang)(cang)問題。
同時,結合切割出(chu)煤量,對后路煤流運輸設備進行了(le)(le)同步優化,配備了(le)(le)永磁變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)皮帶驅(qu)(qu)動裝置(zhi),該裝置(zhi)由(you)2個132kW永磁電滾筒(tong)和(he)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)開關組合而成,替代了(le)(le)傳(chuan)統的(de)異步電機(ji)、減速器(qi)、液力(li)耦(ou)合器(qi)驅(qu)(qu)動裝置(zhi),實現無(wu)齒輪傳(chuan)動,綜合節(jie)能(neng)率(lv)比傳(chuan)統驅(qu)(qu)動系(xi)統提高(gao)了(le)(le)30%以上,采用變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)控制啟動,實現皮帶機(ji)緩慢勻(yun)速起動,減小了(le)(le)對電網和(he)機(ji)械傳(chuan)動系(xi)統的(de)沖(chong)擊,降低了(le)(le)維護量和(he)油耗。
(二)輔助運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)優化。在(zai)物(wu)料(liao)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)方(fang)面,應用(yong)(yong)了160P型(xing)變(bian)頻(pin)無(wu)極(ji)繩(sheng)絞(jiao)(jiao)車、風動單軌(gui)吊以及(ji)物(wu)料(liao)集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱,運(yun)料(liao)時(shi),先將(jiang)物(wu)料(liao)裝(zhuang)入集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱,集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱通(tong)過無(wu)極(ji)繩(sheng)絞(jiao)(jiao)車運(yun)至尾(wei)輪(lun)處,再使用(yong)(yong)風動單軌(gui)吊吊至1#運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)車后,直接(jie)供迎頭掘進(jin)使用(yong)(yong),實(shi)現了物(wu)料(liao)高效配送。同(tong)時(shi),為(wei)提高運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)的安全性、降低(di)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)成本,我(wo)們(men)對無(wu)極(ji)繩(sheng)絞(jiao)(jiao)車進(jin)行(xing)升級,安裝(zhuang)了無(wu)線(xian)視(shi)頻(pin)裝(zhuang)置,實(shi)現運(yun)行(xing)過程中無(wu)線(xian)監控,取消了跟車人(ren)員,同(tong)時(shi)將(jiang)無(wu)極(ji)繩(sheng)絞(jiao)(jiao)車操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)平(ping)臺(tai)與可(ke)視(shi)化區域集(ji)控皮(pi)帶機(ji)(ji)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)平(ping)臺(tai)、自動巡(xun)檢機(ji)(ji)器人(ren)監控平(ping)臺(tai)集(ji)中放置,便(bian)于操(cao)(cao)作(zuo),實(shi)現無(wu)極(ji)繩(sheng)絞(jiao)(jiao)車司(si)機(ji)(ji)、皮(pi)帶司(si)機(ji)(ji)、巡(xun)檢崗(gang)位(wei)“三崗(gang)合一(yi)”,每班優化減員2人(ren)。
(三)勞(lao)動組織優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)。采取專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)化(hua)(hua)管(guan)理,從各單位抽調精英骨干,成立35人(ren)(ren)的專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)化(hua)(hua)的隊(dui)伍(wu)(掘(jue)(jue)錨隊(dui)),實(shi)現(xian)人(ren)(ren)力資(zi)源共享。結合(he)裝備(bei)升級,對正規循環作業(ye)(ye)(ye)圖表進行(xing)排(pai)查優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua),列出最長工(gong)(gong)序時間,科學匹配人(ren)(ren)員、機具,發揮人(ren)(ren)機效能(neng)(neng)。通過優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua),該掘(jue)(jue)進工(gong)(gong)作面(mian)在取消(xiao)夜(ye)班(ban)(ban)的基礎(chu)上,采取“二七一(yi)四”制作業(ye)(ye)(ye)方式,早班(ban)(ban)為準(zhun)備(bei)班(ban)(ban) (6:00-10:00)集中進行(xing)生(sheng)產(chan)準(zhun)備(bei)工(gong)(gong)作,以(yi)滿(man)足(zu)掘(jue)(jue)進頭面(mian)延接皮帶、電纜(lan)、風水(shui)管(guan)路等(deng)需(xu)求;中班(ban)(ban)(10:00-17:00)、晚班(ban)(ban)(17:00-24:00)為生(sheng)產(chan)班(ban)(ban)集中生(sheng)產(chan)。嚴格按照集團公司“5788”勞(lao)動定員要求進行(xing)優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua),形成“一(yi)人(ren)(ren)多崗(gang)(gang)、一(yi)崗(gang)(gang)多能(neng)(neng)”機制,有效提升人(ren)(ren)力資(zi)源效能(neng)(neng),實(shi)現(xian)每班(ban)(ban)作業(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)員不超8人(ren)(ren)。同時利用(yong)夜(ye)班(ban)(ban)進行(xing)施工(gong)(gong)卸壓孔防沖卸壓、布置排(pai)水(shui)設施進行(xing)探放水(shui),避(bi)免了(le)探水(shui)、卸壓影響生(sheng)產(chan)。
五、注重施工標(biao)準,進(jin)行精品創(chuang)建
“初始即好(hao),標準(zhun)(zhun)化施(shi)工(gong)(gong)”一(yi)(yi)(yi)直(zhi)是我們堅持的原則(ze),掘錨(mao)機(ji)新(xin)設(she)備的應(ying)用(yong),同樣要秉持質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)標準(zhun)(zhun)化不放松,為此我們一(yi)(yi)(yi)是突出(chu)巷(xiang)道施(shi)工(gong)(gong)直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)。安(an)裝了(le)兩臺準(zhun)(zhun)直(zhi)激(ji)光儀,分別布置在巷(xiang)道兩肩窩處,能夠及時發(fa)現偏差(cha)進(jin)行(xing)糾正,確(que)保了(le)迎頭(tou)走向的直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing);二是突出(chu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)內在質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)管(guan)(guan)理(li),錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)、錨(mao)索、聯網施(shi)工(gong)(gong)每班明確(que)責任(ren)到(dao)人(ren),以(yi)專(zhuan)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)具(ju)檢測數據(ju),倒查責任(ren)追究,促進(jin)內在質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)提(ti)高(gao)(gao);三是突出(chu)驗(yan)(yan)收環節(jie)管(guan)(guan)控(kong),實施(shi)“三保險(xian)”驗(yan)(yan)收考核(he)模式,即:工(gong)(gong)長跟班驗(yan)(yan)收過程,安(an)監員(yuan)(yuan)(兼職驗(yan)(yan)收員(yuan)(yuan))交接(jie)班驗(yan)(yan)收結果,工(gong)(gong)區管(guan)(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)隨機(ji)取點(dian)抽驗(yan)(yan);四是突出(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)管(guan)(guan)理(li),拉(la)線(xian)(xian)(xian)定(ding)位(wei)作業,錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)、錨(mao)索布置一(yi)(yi)(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian),電纜(lan)吊掛一(yi)(yi)(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian),風筒吊掛一(yi)(yi)(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian),風水管(guan)(guan)路敷(fu)設(she)一(yi)(yi)(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian),軌(gui)道敷(fu)設(she)一(yi)(yi)(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian),皮帶(dai)敷(fu)設(she)一(yi)(yi)(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian),移動(dong)料場碼放一(yi)(yi)(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian),鉆(zhan)具(ju)、工(gong)(gong)具(ju)放置一(yi)(yi)(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian);五是突出(chu)防沖(chong)(chong)固定(ding)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)管(guan)(guan)理(li),統一(yi)(yi)(yi)加工(gong)(gong)應(ying)用(yong)了(le)管(guan)(guan)路防沖(chong)(chong)固定(ding)架(jia)、防沖(chong)(chong)型電纜(lan)鉤、防沖(chong)(chong)物料架(jia)、防沖(chong)(chong)開(kai)關架(jia),并(bing)利用(yong)修復的舊錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)進(jin)行(xing)固定(ding),在利舊降本的同時提(ti)高(gao)(gao)了(le)防沖(chong)(chong)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang),僅此一(yi)(yi)(yi)項一(yi)(yi)(yi)個工(gong)(gong)作面就可節(jie)約成本10.5萬元(yuan)。
六、注重(zhong)工序環(huan)節(jie),進行“五小(xiao)”創(chuang)新
為提高(gao)掘進生產效(xiao)率,我們(men)堅持以施工(gong)環境創(chuang)建為基礎,對施工(gong)過程中每道工(gong)序(xu)、環節進行研究,集思廣益、創(chuang)新變革,推(tui)廣應用了(le)許多實用的小(xiao)(xiao)改小(xiao)(xiao)革項(xiang)目,更好的推(tui)進了(le)安全高(gao)效(xiao)掘進。
創新優化(hua)取油(you)(you)環(huan)節,應用(yong)油(you)(you)桶(tong)專用(yong)取油(you)(you)裝置(zhi),降(jiang)低(di)取油(you)(you)職(zhi)工勞(lao)動強度,實現容量(liang)200L油(you)(you)桶(tong)1人安全取油(you)(you)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo);對(dui)皮(pi)(pi)帶延接環(huan)節進(jin)行(xing)優化(hua),我們在皮(pi)(pi)帶延接處安裝了風(feng)(feng)動懸(xuan)臂吊(diao)裝置(zhi),通過操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)懸(xuan)臂吊(diao)控制(zhi)按(an)鈕,將皮(pi)(pi)帶起吊(diao)至H架上方,再(zai)進(jin)行(xing)皮(pi)(pi)帶延接,在職(zhi)工的勞(lao)動強度降(jiang)低(di)的同時,每次皮(pi)(pi)帶延接時間(jian)縮(suo)短25分鐘;對(dui)聯(lian)網工序進(jin)行(xing)優化(hua),引進(jin)應用(yong)氣動聯(lian)網機(ji),與(yu)手工聯(lian)網相(xiang)比聯(lian)網效(xiao)率提高2~3倍(bei)。對(dui)皮(pi)(pi)帶機(ji)尾清理環(huan)節進(jin)行(xing)革新,加工制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)了風(feng)(feng)動清掃器,實現皮(pi)(pi)帶運行(xing)期間(jian)機(ji)尾的安全清理。另外,我們還根(gen)據現場遇(yu)到的問(wen)題制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)應用(yong)了膠帶背面掃煤(mei)裝置(zhi)、閘(zha)門開關助力扳手、大功率風(feng)(feng)動預(yu)緊(jin)力扳手、張緊(jin)絞車防(fang)咬繩(sheng)裝置(zhi)、皮(pi)(pi)帶沿線(xian)急停纏(chan)繞架等,現場應用(yong)效(xiao)果(guo)都非常好(hao)。
七、注重研究(jiu)應用,進行深部實踐(jian)
MB670掘錨護一體機在3下1104運輸巷得到了較好的運用,按照生產接續目前MB670掘錨護一體機正在從3下1104運輸巷撤出,進入3上1308轉載運輸巷安裝使用,該(gai)掘(jue)進工(gong)作(zuo)面埋藏(zang)在(zai)-600米水平以下(xia),埋藏(zang)較(jiao)深(shen)(shen),也是高煤(mei)公司2019年重點(dian)接續工(gong)作(zuo)面,下(xia)一步(bu)我們將通過掘(jue)錨護一體機(ji)在(zai)深(shen)(shen)部掘(jue)進中研(yan)究(jiu)應用,進一步(bu)提高深(shen)(shen)部掘(jue)進效率,以應對采場條件復雜、萬噸掘(jue)進率上升問題,發(fa)揮“人、機(ji)”優(you)勢,保障采掘(jue)接續平衡有(you)序。
