綠(lv)色開采(cai)是煤炭行(xing)業(ye)持(chi)(chi)續健康(kang)發(fa)展(zhan)的必然之路。近幾年來,綠(lv)色充填(tian)開采(cai)技術的推(tui)廣應(ying)用,顛覆了傳統(tong)開采(cai)模式,對礦(kuang)區生態環境(jing)改(gai)善產(chan)生了重大影響。自2004年起,淄(zi)礦(kuang)集團(tuan)開始進行(xing)充填(tian)開采(cai)技術攻關,2009年在濟北岱莊煤礦(kuang)建成(cheng)第(di)一(yi)套膏體(ti)充填(tian)開采(cai)系統(tong)。歷經(jing)十余載探索(suo)研究,風雨磨礪、持(chi)(chi)續融合,先后建成(cheng)7套充填(tian)開采(cai)系統(tong),累計(ji)置換煤炭680萬(wan)噸,增加產(chan)值(zhi)30多億元,注冊(ce)成(cheng)立了專(zhuan)業(ye)化(hua)公司,實現了產(chan)業(ye)化(hua)運作、智能化(hua)生產(chan)、規模化(hua)發(fa)展(zhan)。
一、歷經十年艱辛探索,開辟充填發展之路
濟(ji)(ji)北(bei)礦(kuang)(kuang)區作為(wei)淄礦(kuang)(kuang)集(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)的(de)支柱煤(mei)(mei)(mei)田,受(shou)城(cheng)市建(jian)設(she)壓覆(fu)影響,可(ke)采儲量(liang)(liang)銳減。如(ru)何實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)壓覆(fu)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)炭資源(yuan)有效回(hui)收,努力(li)延長礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)服(fu)(fu)務年(nian)(nian)(nian)限,成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)擺在淄礦(kuang)(kuang)人(ren)面前(qian)的(de)重大(da)(da)課(ke)題。一(yi)(yi)(yi)是砥(di)礪前(qian)行(xing),充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)開(kai)辟新(xin)出路(lu)。面對濟(ji)(ji)北(bei)礦(kuang)(kuang)區地面村莊稠密(mi),井(jing)下(xia)條帶開(kai)采遺留大(da)(da)量(liang)(liang)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)柱的(de)現(xian)(xian)實(shi)(shi)問(wen)題。2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)初(chu),集(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司著手在許廠(chang)、岱莊兩個礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)進行(xing)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)開(kai)采試(shi)驗,利用5年(nian)(nian)(nian)時間(jian)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)了(le)(le)管路(lu)安全(quan)輸送、充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)材料(liao)研(yan)(yan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)、充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)支架設(she)計等關(guan)鍵(jian)課(ke)題攻關(guan)。2009年(nian)(nian)(nian),岱莊煤(mei)(mei)(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)第一(yi)(yi)(yi)套(tao)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)開(kai)采系統(tong)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)投產,設(she)計年(nian)(nian)(nian)生產能(neng)力(li)60萬噸,為(wei)濟(ji)(ji)北(bei)礦(kuang)(kuang)區轉型發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)開(kai)辟了(le)(le)新(xin)路(lu)子。二(er)是凝(ning)心(xin)聚力(li),邁(mai)開(kai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)大(da)(da)步(bu)伐(fa)。在實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)岱莊煤(mei)(mei)(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)安全(quan)高效運(yun)行(xing)的(de)基(ji)礎上,為(wei)了(le)(le)濟(ji)(ji)北(bei)礦(kuang)(kuang)區的(de)可(ke)持(chi)續(xu)長遠發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),集(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司面對煤(mei)(mei)(mei)價倒(dao)掛的(de)嚴峻形勢,統(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)思想,果(guo)斷決策,2012年(nian)(nian)(nian)又先后建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)許廠(chang)、葛亭煤(mei)(mei)(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)兩套(tao)膏體充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)系統(tong),2014年(nian)(nian)(nian)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)埠(bu)村煤(mei)(mei)(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)高水充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)系統(tong),2015年(nian)(nian)(nian)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)唐口(kou)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)原矸(gan)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)系統(tong),初(chu)步(bu)形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)了(le)(le)以(yi)膏體、高水、原矸(gan)三(san)大(da)(da)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)技術為(wei)支撐的(de)產業(ye)基(ji)礎。同時,2012年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)山東省科(ke)技廳批準(zhun)淄礦(kuang)(kuang)集(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)組(zu)建(jian)了(le)(le)山東省充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)開(kai)采工程技術研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)心(xin),2013年(nian)(nian)(nian)9月(yue)淄礦(kuang)(kuang)集(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)依(yi)托(tuo)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)心(xin),組(zu)建(jian)了(le)(le)以(yi)綠色開(kai)采為(wei)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)方向(xiang)的(de)泰山學(xue)者專家(jia)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊。經(jing)過(guo)十余年(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)探索(suo)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),我們積累了(le)(le)豐富(fu)的(de)技術與實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)經(jing)驗,培(pei)(pei)養了(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)(yi)大(da)(da)批工程技術人(ren)員。2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)6月(yue),經(jing)能(neng)源(yuan)集(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)批準(zhun),注冊成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)立(li)了(le)(le)“山東康格能(neng)源(yuan)科(ke)技有限公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司”,全(quan)面開(kai)啟了(le)(le)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)開(kai)采產業(ye)化(hua)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之路(lu)。三(san)是奮起(qi)揚帆,譜寫充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)新(xin)篇(pian)章(zhang)。康格公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)立(li)后,制(zhi)定(ding)了(le)(le)“立(li)足山東、服(fu)(fu)務全(quan)國,打(da)造(zao)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)開(kai)采行(xing)業(ye)一(yi)(yi)(yi)流服(fu)(fu)務商”的(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)戰略,三(san)年(nian)(nian)(nian)來公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司已發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)集(ji)(ji)(ji)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)開(kai)采技術服(fu)(fu)務、工程施工、設(she)備(bei)制(zhi)造(zao)、托(tuo)管運(yun)營、技術培(pei)(pei)訓于(yu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)體的(de)專業(ye)化(hua)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司。目(mu)(mu)前(qian),已建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)4個內部項(xiang)目(mu)(mu), 4個外(wai)部在建(jian)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu),并(bing)與多(duo)家(jia)國內大(da)(da)型煤(mei)(mei)(mei)業(ye)集(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)達成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)合作意(yi)向(xiang)。
二、破解技術制約瓶頸,實現安全高效生產
針對(dui)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)產能(neng)(neng)低(di)、效率低(di)、成(cheng)本高(gao)(gao)等(deng)(deng)難(nan)題(ti)(ti),我(wo)(wo)們分類施策、聚(ju)力(li)攻關,著力(li)破(po)解了(le)(le)(le)制(zhi)約(yue)安全(quan)(quan)高(gao)(gao)效生產的(de)瓶頸。一是(shi)(shi)膏體充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)安全(quan)(quan)輸送(song)上(shang)(shang),我(wo)(wo)們研發(fa)(fa)了(le)(le)(le)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)管路(lu)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)在(zai)(zai)(zai)線監測系(xi)統(tong),攻克了(le)(le)(le)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)管路(lu)易堵塞、狀況難(nan)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)、故障難(nan)判斷(duan)等(deng)(deng)諸(zhu)多(duo)難(nan)題(ti)(ti),做到(dao)(dao)(dao)了(le)(le)(le)超千米大垂(chui)深(shen)和6000米遠距(ju)(ju)離(li)(li)安全(quan)(quan)輸送(song)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)地表沉降控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)上(shang)(shang),通過研發(fa)(fa)使用充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)隔離(li)(li)支(zhi)架(jia),實(shi)施帶壓(ya)(ya)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian),面(mian)后充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)實(shi)率達(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)98%以(yi)上(shang)(shang),充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)體6小時即可實(shi)現(xian)自(zi)穩(wen)支(zhi)撐頂(ding)板(ban),控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)早(zao)期強(qiang)度(du)(du)達(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)1.5兆帕以(yi)上(shang)(shang),實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)地表“零塌陷”。在(zai)(zai)(zai)生產效率上(shang)(shang),大力(li)推行(xing)精益市場(chang)化(hua),制(zhi)定充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)崗位作業(ye)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun),優(you)化(hua)工(gong)序流程,實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)“作業(ye)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)、工(gong)序流程化(hua)”,達(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)了(le)(le)(le)單面(mian)月產4萬噸的(de)產能(neng)(neng),充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)效率不斷(duan)提升。在(zai)(zai)(zai)成(cheng)本控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)上(shang)(shang),研發(fa)(fa)制(zhi)定了(le)(le)(le)系(xi)列充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)配比(bi)方(fang)(fang)案,采(cai)(cai)(cai)用非等(deng)(deng)強(qiang)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)、無沉淀池(chi)、管路(lu)免清洗和快速隔離(li)(li)等(deng)(deng)技(ji)術,充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)增加(jia)(jia)成(cheng)本由(you)最初的(de)150元/噸降至70元/噸。二是(shi)(shi)原矸(gan)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)大垂(chui)深(shen)投(tou)(tou)料(liao)(liao)(liao)上(shang)(shang),自(zi)主研發(fa)(fa)安全(quan)(quan)投(tou)(tou)料(liao)(liao)(liao)系(xi)統(tong),開(kai)發(fa)(fa)井(jing)下矸(gan)石(shi)(shi)倉頂(ding)緩沖裝置,實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)大垂(chui)深(shen)投(tou)(tou)料(liao)(liao)(liao)井(jing)安全(quan)(quan)投(tou)(tou)料(liao)(liao)(liao)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)實(shi)率上(shang)(shang),設(she)計第三(san)代充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)支(zhi)架(jia),加(jia)(jia)設(she)后伸(shen)縮頂(ding)梁(liang),試驗獲(huo)取搗實(shi)機構最合(he)理(li)的(de)運(yun)行(xing)角(jiao)度(du)(du),實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)后部(bu)(bu)運(yun)輸機和夯實(shi)系(xi)統(tong)落(luo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)與搗實(shi)最佳配合(he),矸(gan)石(shi)(shi)接頂(ding)密實(shi),充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)實(shi)率達(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)90%以(yi)上(shang)(shang)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)提高(gao)(gao)產能(neng)(neng)上(shang)(shang),優(you)化(hua)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)工(gong)藝,減(jian)少轉(zhuan)載環節,提高(gao)(gao)運(yun)輸系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)水平,實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)采(cai)(cai)(cai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)平行(xing)作業(ye)。亭南煤(mei)(mei)礦充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)生產能(neng)(neng)力(li)達(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)100萬噸/年(nian)(nian),設(she)計的(de)年(nian)(nian)處理(li)矸(gan)石(shi)(shi)200萬噸的(de)原矸(gan)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)系(xi)統(tong),將于年(nian)(nian)底在(zai)(zai)(zai)巴彥高(gao)(gao)勒煤(mei)(mei)礦建成(cheng)投(tou)(tou)產。三(san)是(shi)(shi)高(gao)(gao)水充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)。針對(dui)高(gao)(gao)水材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)產物(wu)硫鋁酸(suan)鈣遇(yu)到(dao)(dao)(dao)二氧化(hua)碳易發(fa)(fa)生逆反應(ying)問(wen)題(ti)(ti),我(wo)(wo)們通過大量(liang)實(shi)驗,利用外加(jia)(jia)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)改變其晶體結構,成(cheng)功阻斷(duan)了(le)(le)(le)逆反應(ying),充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)體更加(jia)(jia)穩(wen)定,有效控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)了(le)(le)(le)圍巖變形,提高(gao)(gao)了(le)(le)(le)高(gao)(gao)水充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)的(de)可靠(kao)性(xing),在(zai)(zai)(zai)埠村煤(mei)(mei)礦成(cheng)功回(hui)收底板(ban)高(gao)(gao)承壓(ya)(ya)水上(shang)(shang)煤(mei)(mei)炭資源90萬噸。十(shi)年(nian)(nian)來,淄礦集團在(zai)(zai)(zai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)獲(huo)得(de)了(le)(le)(le)一系(xi)列重(zhong)大突破(po),膏體充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)生產能(neng)(neng)力(li)、垂(chui)直輸送(song)深(shen)度(du)(du)、最遠輸送(song)距(ju)(ju)離(li)(li)、原矸(gan)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)單面(mian)產能(neng)(neng)、原矸(gan)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)矸(gan)石(shi)(shi)處理(li)能(neng)(neng)力(li)等(deng)(deng)五項(xiang)(xiang)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)均為(wei)國內第一,共獲(huo)得(de)國家級(ji)科(ke)技(ji)創新成(cheng)果1項(xiang)(xiang)、省部(bu)(bu)級(ji)科(ke)技(ji)創新成(cheng)果18項(xiang)(xiang),制(zhi)定發(fa)(fa)布(bu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)填(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)國家行(xing)業(ye)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)2件、山東省地方(fang)(fang)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)1件、企(qi)業(ye)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)4件,獲(huo)得(de)授權發(fa)(fa)明專利16項(xiang)(xiang)、實(shi)用新型26項(xiang)(xiang),出版專著3部(bu)(bu),成(cheng)為(wei)“國家面(mian)向2035重(zhong)大科(ke)技(ji)專項(xiang)(xiang)”綠色開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)課(ke)題(ti)(ti)組(zu)重(zhong)要成(cheng)員。
三、聚力實施“一提雙優”,助推充填產業升級
