郭屯煤礦牢固(gu)樹立“智能化(hua)工作面不是看的,而是干的”理(li)念,堅持“裝(zhuang)備、系統、管理(li)、素質”四并重,統籌推(tui)進“裝(zhuang)備+系統”雙輪(lun)驅動、“管理(li)+激勵”雙管齊(qi)下、“培訓+實(shi)操”齊(qi)頭并進三項(xiang)重點(dian)工作,智能化(hua)工作面實(shi)現常(chang)態化(hua)自動運(yun)行。

一、“裝備+系統”雙輪驅動,全力推進工作面智能化升級
裝(zhuang)備可靠是(shi)(shi)(shi)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)作(zuo)業(ye)的(de)基礎,系(xi)統(tong)穩定是(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面安(an)全(quan)高效運轉的(de)關鍵(jian)。一是(shi)(shi)(shi)更換工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤機(ji)。將采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤機(ji)更換為(wei)MG500/1200-WD型智能(neng)(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤機(ji),具(ju)有基于互(hu)聯網(wang)的(de)遠(yuan)程(cheng)監(jian)(jian)測、維(wei)護(hu)、故(gu)障診斷功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)對滾筒高度、采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤機(ji)位(wei)(wei)(wei)置的(de)監(jian)(jian)測和(he)記憶(yi)截割(ge)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng),特別是(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)端頭截割(ge)作(zuo)業(ye)中精確定位(wei)(wei)(wei)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)截割(ge)端點位(wei)(wei)(wei)置、準確重(zhong)復左(zuo)右滾筒截割(ge)高度,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤機(ji)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)及(ji)(ji)(ji)記憶(yi)截割(ge)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)常(chang)態化(hua)(hua)(hua)應用(yong),采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤機(ji)記憶(yi)截割(ge)率(lv)由65%提(ti)高至90%以上(shang)。二是(shi)(shi)(shi)升級改造液(ye)(ye)壓支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)。樹立(li)(li)以液(ye)(ye)壓支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)為(wei)核心(xin)的(de)頂(ding)板管理理念,加裝(zhuang)天瑪電液(ye)(ye)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)及(ji)(ji)(ji)相關傳(chuan)感器,更換帶(dai)位(wei)(wei)(wei)移(yi)傳(chuan)感器的(de)推移(yi)缸和(he)反(fan)沖(chong)洗濾芯(xin),并在(zai)鄰(lin)架(jia)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)、成(cheng)組程(cheng)序(xu)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)、自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗等(deng)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)上(shang),根據(ju)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面實(shi)際生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)藝開發跟機(ji)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)程(cheng)序(xu),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)電液(ye)(ye)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)及(ji)(ji)(ji)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)跟機(ji)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)常(chang)態化(hua)(hua)(hua)運行,支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)跟機(ji)率(lv)由75%提(ti)高至95%以上(shang)。三是(shi)(shi)(shi)建設(she)(she)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面視(shi)(shi)(shi)頻監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)統(tong)。搭建工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面工(gong)(gong)業(ye)以太網(wang),建設(she)(she)視(shi)(shi)(shi)頻系(xi)統(tong),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)了(le)在(zai)順槽監(jian)(jian)控中心(xin)對綜采(cai)(cai)(cai)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)設(she)(she)備的(de)可視(shi)(shi)(shi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)遠(yuan)程(cheng)監(jian)(jian)控和(he)在(zai)線監(jian)(jian)測功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng),具(ju)備全(quan)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)和(he)分機(ji)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)兩(liang)種模式(shi),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)了(le)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面設(she)(she)備及(ji)(ji)(ji)視(shi)(shi)(shi)頻信息集(ji)(ji)中監(jian)(jian)控的(de)常(chang)態化(hua)(hua)(hua)應用(yong)。四是(shi)(shi)(shi)集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)供(gong)液(ye)(ye)系(xi)統(tong)改造。將供(gong)液(ye)(ye)系(xi)統(tong)改進(jin)為(wei)“兩(liang)進(jin)一回”供(gong)液(ye)(ye)模式(shi),支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)分段獨立(li)(li)供(gong)液(ye)(ye),在(zai)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過程(cheng)中,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)快速、平(ping)穩拉架(jia)。采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)變頻調速技術,減少機(ji)械系(xi)統(tong)沖(chong)擊(ji),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)乳化(hua)(hua)(hua)液(ye)(ye)泵站(zhan)平(ping)穩啟動(dong)(dong)(dong);減少電磁閥卸載次數,降低噪音(yin)、節能(neng)(neng)(neng)減排(pai)。五是(shi)(shi)(shi)兩(liang)順槽取消單體支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)。兩(liang)巷超前采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)單元(yuan)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)護(hu),利用(yong)單軌吊進(jin)行挪(nuo)移(yi),提(ti)高了(le)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)業(ye)安(an)全(quan)系(xi)數,降低了(le)職工(gong)(gong)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)強度。生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)班由16人(ren)縮(suo)減為(wei)12人(ren),去除留(liu)巷影(ying)響(xiang)實(shi)際人(ren)員(yuan)10人(ren),將工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面內作(zuo)業(ye)人(ren)員(yuan)解放至順槽進(jin)行遠(yuan)程(cheng)監(jian)(jian)視(shi)(shi)(shi)或輔(fu)助作(zuo)業(ye)。

二、“管理+激勵”雙管齊下,全方位提升現場管理質效
建立適應智能化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)生(sheng)產的管(guan)(guan)理體系(xi)是(shi)日常運行(xing)(xing)的保(bao)證。一是(shi)堅持跟班寫實。生(sheng)產副總、機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)電副總統籌負(fu)責智能化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)建設,成立寫實小組,安(an)排專人(ren)(ren)跟班寫實,協(xie)調解決現場問(wen)題(ti),特別(bie)是(shi)監督采煤機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)司機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)克服操(cao)作(zuo)隨意性(xing),順平頂(ding)底板,保(bao)證支架(jia)(jia)狀(zhuang)態,為采煤機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)記憶截割創造良(liang)好條件,減少人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)干預。二是(shi)加強供液系(xi)統監管(guan)(guan)。頂(ding)板完好是(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)智能化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)運行(xing)(xing)的前提,堅持支架(jia)(jia)完好率向100%邁進,正確使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)乳化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)液自動配比(bi)裝置和反沖洗過濾(lv),嚴格對(dui)現場凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)水(shui)裝置進行(xing)(xing)水(shui)質檢(jian)測,并對(dui)乳化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)液濃度隨時(shi)抽(chou)檢(jian),確保(bao)液壓系(xi)統“血液”純凈(jing)。三是(shi)嚴格智能化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)裝備(bei)開(kai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)率考核(he)(he)。制定下發《智能化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)裝備(bei)開(kai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)率考核(he)(he)管(guan)(guan)理辦法》,每(mei)天調取設備(bei)運行(xing)(xing)曲線(xian)、支架(jia)(jia)跟機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、煤機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)記憶截割的時(shi)間(jian)數據(ju)、自動化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)時(shi)間(jian)作(zuo)為考核(he)(he)依(yi)據(ju),與管(guan)(guan)理人(ren)(ren)員工(gong)(gong)資掛鉤,月度工(gong)(gong)資由(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)電礦長(chang)審核(he)(he)后發放(fang),保(bao)障基(ji)層工(gong)(gong)區(qu)常態化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)。
三、“培訓+實操”齊頭并進,打造一支高素質智能化隊伍培養懂原理、會操作、能維修的復合型人才是保證工作面智能化穩定運行的重要保障。一(yi)是(shi)(shi)常態化(hua)開展崗(gang)位培訓。堅持“走(zou)出(chu)去、請(qing)(qing)進(jin)來(lai)”,先后組(zu)織(zhi)專業技(ji)術人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)及現場實(shi)操(cao)(cao)(cao)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)到(dao)付(fu)村煤礦、中國礦大等(deng)單位學習(xi)交流,抽(chou)調(diao)機(ji)(ji)電(dian)維(wei)修(xiu)骨干人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)配合(he)廠家技(ji)術人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)進(jin)行(xing)聯合(he)調(diao)試(shi);同(tong)時,邀(yao)請(qing)(qing)廠家技(ji)術人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)到(dao)現場,采(cai)用理(li)(li)論(lun)與實(shi)操(cao)(cao)(cao)相(xiang)結合(he)、現場學與視頻學相(xiang)結合(he)的(de)培訓模式,全(quan)面(mian)提升理(li)(li)論(lun)知識及實(shi)踐操(cao)(cao)(cao)作本領,為(wei)智能(neng)化(hua)采(cai)煤工作面(mian)的(de)建(jian)設(she)和運行(xing)打(da)下了(le)基礎。二是(shi)(shi)提升管理(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)智能(neng)化(hua)操(cao)(cao)(cao)作。生產副(fu)總、機(ji)(ji)電(dian)副(fu)總及業務(wu)科(ke)室(shi)管理(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)必須掌握(wo)工作面(mian)記憶截割(ge)及三(san)機(ji)(ji)理(li)(li)論(lun)知識,并能(neng)夠進(jin)行(xing)指(zhi)導(dao)性操(cao)(cao)(cao)作;計劃(hua)開展業務(wu)科(ke)室(shi)管理(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)理(li)(li)論(lun)和實(shi)操(cao)(cao)(cao)考試(shi),嚴(yan)格落實(shi)排名獎(jiang)罰(fa),以(yi)此(ci)推(tui)進(jin)智能(neng)化(hua)工作面(mian)建(jian)設(she)。
