郭屯煤(mei)礦牢固樹立“智能化工(gong)作面(mian)不是(shi)看的(de),而是(shi)干的(de)”理念,堅持“裝(zhuang)備(bei)、系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、管理、素質”四(si)并(bing)重,統(tong)(tong)籌推進(jin)“裝(zhuang)備(bei)+系(xi)統(tong)(tong)”雙(shuang)輪驅(qu)動、“管理+激勵”雙(shuang)管齊(qi)下(xia)、“培訓+實操”齊(qi)頭并(bing)進(jin)三項(xiang)重點工(gong)作,智能化工(gong)作面(mian)實現常態化自動運行。
一、“裝備+系統”雙輪驅動,全力推進工作面智能化升級
裝(zhuang)備可靠是(shi)(shi)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)產作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎(chu),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)穩(wen)(wen)定是(shi)(shi)工作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)安全(quan)高(gao)(gao)(gao)效運(yun)轉的(de)(de)(de)關(guan)鍵。一是(shi)(shi)更換工作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)。將(jiang)采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)更換為MG500/1200-WD型智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji),具有基(ji)于互聯網的(de)(de)(de)遠程監(jian)(jian)測、維護(hu)、故障診(zhen)斷(duan)功(gong)能(neng),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)對滾筒(tong)高(gao)(gao)(gao)度、采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)位(wei)置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)監(jian)(jian)測和(he)記憶截(jie)(jie)割(ge)功(gong)能(neng),特別是(shi)(shi)在(zai)(zai)端(duan)頭截(jie)(jie)割(ge)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)中精確定位(wei)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)截(jie)(jie)割(ge)端(duan)點位(wei)置(zhi)、準確重復(fu)左右滾筒(tong)截(jie)(jie)割(ge)高(gao)(gao)(gao)度,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)及記憶截(jie)(jie)割(ge)功(gong)能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)常(chang)態化(hua)(hua)(hua)應(ying)用(yong),采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)記憶截(jie)(jie)割(ge)率(lv)由65%提高(gao)(gao)(gao)至(zhi)90%以上(shang)(shang)(shang)。二是(shi)(shi)升(sheng)級改造液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)。樹立(li)以液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)為核心(xin)的(de)(de)(de)頂板(ban)管(guan)理理念(nian),加裝(zhuang)天(tian)瑪電(dian)液(ye)(ye)(ye)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)及相關(guan)傳(chuan)感器,更換帶位(wei)移(yi)傳(chuan)感器的(de)(de)(de)推移(yi)缸和(he)反沖(chong)洗濾芯(xin),并在(zai)(zai)鄰(lin)架(jia)(jia)(jia)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)、成組(zu)程序(xu)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)反沖(chong)洗等功(gong)能(neng)上(shang)(shang)(shang),根據(ju)工作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)實(shi)(shi)際生(sheng)(sheng)產工藝開(kai)發(fa)跟(gen)機(ji)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)程序(xu),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)電(dian)液(ye)(ye)(ye)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)及自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)跟(gen)機(ji)功(gong)能(neng)常(chang)態化(hua)(hua)(hua)運(yun)行(xing)(xing),支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)跟(gen)機(ji)率(lv)由75%提高(gao)(gao)(gao)至(zhi)95%以上(shang)(shang)(shang)。三是(shi)(shi)建(jian)(jian)設工作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)視(shi)頻(pin)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)。搭建(jian)(jian)工作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)工業(ye)(ye)以太網,建(jian)(jian)設視(shi)頻(pin)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)了(le)在(zai)(zai)順槽監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)中心(xin)對綜采(cai)(cai)(cai)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)設備的(de)(de)(de)可視(shi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)遠程監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)和(he)在(zai)(zai)線監(jian)(jian)測功(gong)能(neng),具備全(quan)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)和(he)分機(ji)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)兩種模(mo)式,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)了(le)工作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)設備及視(shi)頻(pin)信息集中監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)(de)常(chang)態化(hua)(hua)(hua)應(ying)用(yong)。四是(shi)(shi)集成供(gong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)改造。將(jiang)供(gong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)改進為“兩進一回(hui)”供(gong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)模(mo)式,支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)分段獨立(li)供(gong)液(ye)(ye)(ye),在(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)產過程中,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)快速(su)、平(ping)穩(wen)(wen)拉(la)架(jia)(jia)(jia)。采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)變頻(pin)調速(su)技術,減少機(ji)械系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)沖(chong)擊(ji),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)乳化(hua)(hua)(hua)液(ye)(ye)(ye)泵站平(ping)穩(wen)(wen)啟動(dong)(dong)(dong);減少電(dian)磁閥(fa)卸載次數,降(jiang)低(di)(di)噪音、節能(neng)減排。五是(shi)(shi)兩順槽取消單(dan)體支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)。兩巷(xiang)超前(qian)采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)單(dan)元(yuan)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu),利用(yong)單(dan)軌吊進行(xing)(xing)挪移(yi),提高(gao)(gao)(gao)了(le)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)安全(quan)系(xi)(xi)數,降(jiang)低(di)(di)了(le)職工勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)強度。生(sheng)(sheng)產班由16人(ren)(ren)縮減為12人(ren)(ren),去(qu)除留巷(xiang)影響實(shi)(shi)際人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)10人(ren)(ren),將(jiang)工作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)內(nei)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)解放至(zhi)順槽進行(xing)(xing)遠程監(jian)(jian)視(shi)或(huo)輔助(zhu)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)。
二、“管理+激勵”雙管齊下,全方位提升現場管理質效
建立適應智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)生產的管理(li)體系是(shi)(shi)日常(chang)運行(xing)的保(bao)證。一是(shi)(shi)堅持跟班寫實。生產副總、機(ji)(ji)(ji)電副總統(tong)籌負責(ze)智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)作面(mian)建設(she),成立寫實小組,安排專人(ren)跟班寫實,協調解決(jue)現(xian)場問題,特別是(shi)(shi)監督采煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)司機(ji)(ji)(ji)克服(fu)操作隨意性,順平頂(ding)底板(ban),保(bao)證支架(jia)(jia)狀態(tai),為采煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)記(ji)憶截割創造良好條(tiao)件,減少(shao)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)干預。二(er)是(shi)(shi)加強供液系統(tong)監管。頂(ding)板(ban)完好是(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作面(mian)智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)運行(xing)的前提,堅持支架(jia)(jia)完好率向100%邁進(jin),正確(que)使(shi)用(yong)乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)液自動配(pei)比裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置和(he)反沖洗過濾,嚴格對(dui)現(xian)場凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)水裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置進(jin)行(xing)水質(zhi)檢(jian)測,并(bing)對(dui)乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)液濃度(du)隨時(shi)抽檢(jian),確(que)保(bao)液壓系統(tong)“血液”純凈(jing)。三是(shi)(shi)嚴格智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)開(kai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)率考核。制定下(xia)發《智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)開(kai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)使(shi)用(yong)率考核管理(li)辦法(fa)》,每天調取設(she)備(bei)運行(xing)曲線、支架(jia)(jia)跟機(ji)(ji)(ji)、煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)記(ji)憶截割的時(shi)間(jian)數據、自動化(hua)(hua)使(shi)用(yong)時(shi)間(jian)作為考核依據,與管理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)資掛鉤(gou),月(yue)度(du)工(gong)(gong)資由機(ji)(ji)(ji)電礦長(chang)審核后發放,保(bao)障(zhang)基(ji)層工(gong)(gong)區常(chang)態(tai)化(hua)(hua)使(shi)用(yong)。
三、“培訓+實操”齊頭并進,打造一支高素質智能化隊伍培養懂原理、會操作、能維修的復合型人才是保證工作面智能化穩定運行的重要保障。一是常態化開展崗位培訓。堅持“走出去、請進來”,先后組織專業技術人員及現場實操人員到付村煤礦、中國礦大等單位學習交流,抽調機電維修骨干人員配合廠家技術人員進行聯合調試;同時,邀請廠家技術人員到現場,采用理論與實操相結合、現場學與視頻學相結合的培訓模式,全面提升理論知識及實踐操作本領,為智能化采煤工作面的建設和運行打下了基礎。二是提升管理人員智能化操作。生產副總、機電副總及業務科室管理人員必須掌握工作面記憶截割及三機理論知識,并能夠進行指導性操作;計劃開展業務科室管理人員理論和實操考試,嚴格落實排名獎罰,以此推進智能化工作面建設。
