該礦堅持(chi)問(wen)題(ti)導向,刀(dao)刃向內,嚴格管控各類安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)風險。針對影響安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生產的(de)頂板、提升運輸、“一通三防”等薄(bo)弱環節,加大現場(chang)監督(du)管理力度(du),對暴(bao)露的(de)苗頭性、傾(qing)向性安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)問(wen)題(ti),放(fang)大分析(xi)、超前問(wen)責。對安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)隱(yin)患(huan),深層剖析(xi)、從(cong)嚴追究,堅決杜絕(jue)重大隱(yin)患(huan)。同時,嚴格執行對標、對規(gui)檢查工作制度(du),安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生產管理人員與(yu)跟(gen)班安(an)(an)監員執行“雙向溯源”考核(he)機制,對查出的(de)隱(yin)患(huan)問(wen)題(ti),全(quan)(quan)程跟(gen)蹤落(luo)實整改,嚴格閉環管理。
